His dog Hermes gets on great with my puppy, they were playing together the whole time! We did a meet and greet before booking him to make sure that the dogs got along well together too. We needed our dog to only eat the food we brought due to allergy concerns, and Adam fed them in separate rooms which worked well. We got back a tired, happy puppy.”

Alex was great with Tahlia. He loved her like his own. Tahlia was well cared for. Tahlia was very comfortable and happy the minute she met him. Alex also sent me pictures of Tahlia while I was on my trip. Alex Also went out of his was to pick up more food for Tahlia when it ran out. Tahlia enjoyed the back yard and walks. She also loved playing with his dog. Such a warm and friendly person and lovely house. Alex tucked Tahlia in bed every night. Tahlia wanted to stay. I would definitely leave Tahlia with him again. Maria took such good care of Zoe! Zoe is a bit of an anxious dog and she took to Maria immediately. I could tell from the pics that Maria sent, that Zoe was calm and happy and very well cared for. We will surely reach out to Maria again to watch Zoe the next time we’re out of town.
Ahlaunah was so attentive to Dallas while I was away! She sent regular updates with photos of him and their adventures that day! From booking his stay to picking up my dog after my trip, Christabel was communicative and trustworthy. In the initial visit to her apartment, it was evident it was very clean, safe, and stylish. She proactively asked for documentation needed in case of emergency which is thoughtful. Throughout my dogs stay I received numerous photos and videos of him being walked or lounging, and he didn’t seem anxious like he usually is in new situations. He stopped eating like I mentioned to her, and she went out to get a different wet food for him which he loved! She also got him a small ball at the same time to try a new toy. I have used more expensive pet boarding services in the past, and decided to try rover to save money. Im glad to say the service provided by Christabel was so personable and comforting I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was in good hands.
To say Caita was a life saver is putting it lightly. She stepped up and rescued Louie from a very stressful situation. Not only did she drive and pick him up , she treated him like it was her own dog. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and turned a nightmare into a dream . Oscar was SO EXCITED to go over to Pete's house - I swear, he figured out what was happening 10 minutes beforehand, and waited by the back door for us to let him out. He flew into the house without so much of a backwards glance. Oscar spent several hours with Pete and when he came back home, he was happy and exhausted!! Little snuggle bug went right to sleep.
