I’m very attentive, detail-oriented, and observant of body language, so I try to understand each pet’s comfort level, energy, and routine rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. As a dog owner myself, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. Because my work is contract-based, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time during the week for pet care. I love animals, and as a dog parent myself, I’ve kept my availability open during times I know are especially helpful for other pet parents. I’ve built walks and drop-in visits into my routine and like to keep my schedule manageable so I can be reliable, attentive, and fully present with each pet. I know how important trust is when someone is coming into your home and caring for your pet. I’m respectful of your space, attentive to instructions, and very mindful of a pet’s body language and comfort level. I aim to provide thoughtful, reliable care so your pet feels safe and well looked after in their familiar environment. About: I've been pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. Apart from my current two dogs, I've also raised three previous dogs from being a puppy into their senior years. I'm a firm believer in positive reinforcement training, every dog deserves the utmost love and care. I own my own business and set my own hours so I can accommodate anyone's pet care needs. I'm fine with short notice requests and can work with anyone's schedule! I have two dogs that can run around freely in my fenced in backyard. They each get at least two solo shorter walks (about 15 minutes around the park we live next to) per day and an additional longer walk (around 45-60 minutes) once my girlfriend gets home from work where we walk both together.

About: Our Why? We have Huskies, and while still offering our service to other breeds, we highlight that it takes a fellow Husky owner to understand what a Husky needs. Despite their mischievous shenanigans, Houdini escape attempts, endless fur-sheddings, high-pitched vocalizations, bubbly, energized personalities, and hyperactive frolicking, we adore huskies. We understand finding experienced, dependable, loving, and trustworthy caregivers for your Husky isn't easy. That's why we are here to help. We currently have two friendly young huskies (one male and one female- fixed and crate-trained). We also have experience with English bulldogs, Sharpeis, Chow-Chows, Labs, Doodles, and Boxers. We only offer care for dogs based upon the comfortability of the match to our pet-care style and demeanor. We love our pets as we will love yours. We are focused on weekends, holidays, and summer care. We are open to possible weekday arrangements if your dog is crate-trained. Before booking us, a drop-by visit is required to test the compatibility of all humans and dogs. A few things: Special note-while we have never owned a French bulldog, we are particularly interested in learning to care for this breed. Your pet must be spayed or nurtured to receive boarding in our home. Also, we are sorry but we cannot offer care for full or mixed Pit Bull breeds. How does pet care fit into your daily and weekly lives? Our pets receive two meals a day, comprising dry food and water. Our pets are crate-trained and remain crated when owners are away. Most of the time, there is an adult in the house. Our dogs can access a large fenced backyard with green grass and trees. Our dogs walk with owners through nearby Branch Brooke Park and visit the dog park almost daily. Our dogs are crated during adult meal times and sleep in the main bedroom on the floor, side couch, or end of bed at night. We maintain a clean home and provide puppy pads during inclement weather to avoid mud and chaos. Pets have access to some rooms, but not all rooms in the house. Toys and treats are provided regularly. Linens on beds where animals may sleep are washed and switched out regularly. Our gate is blocked off on both sides because huskies are known for escaping. Our pets have ID collars and ID dog tags and wear GPS trackers during the day. Our dogs are up-to-date on immunizations and have been spayed/neutered. We don't hit our dogs with our hands or objects but use basic word commands. Training dogs is always a work in progress. They are both loved for their uniqueness. We only plan to care for pets in our home. We have a large and welcoming home.

About: I have taken care of family members dogs on and off since I was 10. I also have a cat myself so I am well equipped to take care of your fur baby! I am currently on summer break from college, so I have a free schedule to take care of your pup through the week, including weekends. I am primarily looking to do dog walking services, where your dog and I will walk around town, and get our steps in together! I may be open to house visits after getting to know your pet.

About: I cared for family dogs growing up. I had a rescue dog. I walk dogs for neighbors and referrals. I enjoy spending time with animals! I have 2 school age children. Not only have I worked with dogs of all ages, but I've also worked with dogs of all different sizes.
