From booking his stay to picking up my dog after my trip, Christabel was communicative and trustworthy. In the initial visit to her apartment, it was evident it was very clean, safe, and stylish. She proactively asked for documentation needed in case of emergency which is thoughtful. Throughout my dogs stay I received numerous photos and videos of him being walked or lounging, and he didn’t seem anxious like he usually is in new situations. He stopped eating like I mentioned to her, and she went out to get a different wet food for him which he loved! She also got him a small ball at the same time to try a new toy. I have used more expensive pet boarding services in the past, and decided to try rover to save money. Im glad to say the service provided by Christabel was so personable and comforting I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was in good hands.

I highly recommend Christabel as a pet caregiver on Rover. She has a genuine love for animals and is especially experienced with dogs. She helped me raise my 5 yr old Shih Tzu, Levi from when he was a puppy, consistently providing attentive care, walking, feeding, and giving him plenty of affection. Christabel is responsible, dependable, and naturally attentive to pets’ needs. She works from home, which allows her to maintain a flexible schedule for walks, potty breaks, and consistent supervision. She also lives near a park, making it easy for dogs to get regular outdoor time and exercise. Above all, Christabel treats every pet as if they were her own. I would trust her without hesitation for dog walking, boarding, or daycare services.
