Jamin is always a fantastic sitter. He follows instructions, communicates well, and is flexible with our schedule. For this trip, our flight had a few delays and was expected to land late. Jamin was kind enough to drive and drop off Diamond back at our home, which was hugely helpful. As always, couldn’t recommend Jamin enough.
Kenny took great care of our two standard golden doodles during their 10-day stay. He was responsive throughout the booking and periodically sent us updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Both of our dogs seemed happy, comfortable, and well cared for when we picked them up. This was our second time leaving Nipsey & Rosie with Lindsey, and once again, she was absolutely amazing! Lindsey and her family take such wonderful care of our dogs and treat them with so much love and attention. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands while we’re away. From booking his stay to picking up my dog after my trip, Christabel was communicative and trustworthy. In the initial visit to her apartment, it was evident it was very clean, safe, and stylish. She proactively asked for documentation needed in case of emergency which is thoughtful. Throughout my dogs stay I received numerous photos and videos of him being walked or lounging, and he didn’t seem anxious like he usually is in new situations. He stopped eating like I mentioned to her, and she went out to get a different wet food for him which he loved! She also got him a small ball at the same time to try a new toy. I have used more expensive pet boarding services in the past, and decided to try rover to save money. Im glad to say the service provided by Christabel was so personable and comforting I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was in good hands.
Sonya was amazing with our doggie Kylo. This is Kylo’s first time away from home and familiar faces so he was anxious. Sonya made sure to treat him like her own and kept me up to date on his stay. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing sitting services and her doggie also made Kylo feel welcomed.
Moonyoung and Sunhyung took such wonderful care of our dog Nova. From the very begining, they were thoughful, kind and caring. They asked all the right questions and really took the time to understand Nova's needs and personality. They provided daily updates on how Nova was doing along with a few pictures! It was clear they genuienly cared about her and treated her like their own. I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again to care for our girl!
To say Caita was a life saver is putting it lightly. She stepped up and rescued Louie from a very stressful situation. Not only did she drive and pick him up , she treated him like it was her own dog. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and turned a nightmare into a dream . Christian and his family were amazing with our 15-year-old Chihuahua, Cocoa. She has some medical needs, and we were nervous to leave her with a stranger for a week.
