“Susi is not only great with both our cat and dog...she goes above and beyond to help in times of need! We were traveling for an extended 10 day period and decided to book Susi to stay at our apartment for the time we were gone with our cat Stevie. Stevie always liked Susi but was clearly immediately at ease with Susi living in our place, constantly snuggling with her and showing affection. About 4 days into the trip, a massive storm hit and our balcony flooded. It caused flooding in our downstairs neighbor's apt and if it wasn't caught right away, would've flooded ours. Susi spotted it and figured out how to coordinate with the Super and neighbor to make sure the situation was under control. Without Susi we wouldve had a MUCH bigger problem to deal with. We're so appreciative of Susi not only for how much our pets love her but for treating our home like her own! 10/10 would recommend Susi!”

She was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful with household tasks like watering plants, collecting mail and recycling while we were away. This was our first time booking with Milena and our first time booking an overnight sitter for our pets, so we were just a little anxious. Over the course of the weekend, all our nerves were calmed; Milena was great. She communicated well, sent pictures, and heeded all of our instructions and requests. We had done a meet and greet with her before the weekend, so we knew our pets were comfortable with her, and they seemed very happy to have her company. When we returned, the house was in perfect shape. We will definitely book with her again.
