She had her hands full with an older dog with heart issues and thunderstorm anxiety and a younger dog with destructive tendancies! Yanni was able to make sure both were happy and healthy while we were gone. She went above and beyond to keep me in the loop with what was happening, how everyone was getting along, and picture updates. Yanni even made sure to go back to the house after the stay was over to make sure Ellie got her medication for thunderstorms when storms rolled through before we got home. Danuta was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! I knew from the moment she walked in that she was the one. My dog took to her immediately, and he is a bit shy and reserved. I was so nervous about leaving them for two weeks, but she sent pictures and videos all day, I felt like I was with them. She was so good with my dog that I was afraid he wouldn't want to come with me! Same with my cat, it usually takes her a while to warm up to anyone, but she seemed so comfortable with Danuta. She was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely hire her again. I highly recommend her!
Erin was incredible with our pets during her stay! My dog is 14 years old with Cushing’s disease and I was very worried about leaving him for 10 days, but Erin took all that worry away for me. She updated me almost daily, sent many pics and videos, and took great care of our apartment. I could tell my animals loved her very much and were happy. I will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!
Kate truly went above and beyond! I had some last-minute changes in the middle of my booking, but she kindly stood by me and helped sort everything out, demonstrating her big love for animals. I really like her and will definitely call her again whenever I need someone, and she's always willing to take care of my babies. They had a wonderful time, and even to this day, they still look for her.
Juliana did a wonderful job caring for our senior pugs and staying in our home for a week. It was clear from the meet and greet to the way she communicated with photo updates and a request to clarify the best way to manage a minor health scenario flagged in our instructions that she takes this role very seriously, which we appreciate. This was our first time using Rover for a house/cat sit, and we had an amazing experience with Krystie. Before booking, Krystie answered all questions that we had and asked really good questions to better understand our Smallfry and put our minds at ease. She arrived promptly on the day of the sit so we could walk through the house and introduce her to our cat and how best to care for him. During the stay, Krystie provided multiple status updates each day with photos and video. We could tell by our cat’s behavior that he was very well cared for and made a new best friend. It is always tough leaving a pet for vacation, but with Krystie we knew Smallfry was happy and in good hands.
