About: I have years of experience in the caretaking of animals and I’ve always done it with love, my family and friends always trusted me to care for their pets since I was younger and i’ve always enjoyed it. I love every part of taking care of animals whether its grooming, bathing oral medications administration etc… Animals will always hold a special place in my heart. My schedule is very flexible, I usually stay home and do online school work most of the time, so I’m available really anytime on weekdays and sometimes on weekends. I will care for the pets by making sure they are well fed, kept clean and healthy. I live in a very safe neighborhood with a nice park down the street. About: I spent the past 4 years running a successful dog-watching business in NYC with my partner. We have since relocated to Northern NJ and intend to provide the same high quality services for pets here. I grew up with animals - dogs, rabbits, birds, mice, turtles and fish. I would’ve had cats too if members of my family weren’t so allergic. As a teen I volunteered with friends at our local animal shelter and chose to work with the cat population because most of the volunteers wanted to walk the dogs. Most recently I trained my own dog - starting from when she was 6 weeks old. I used a combination of training techniques (including crate training) to successfully potty-train her, teach her to walk on a leash and eventually teach her to hike and run together off-leash. My dog is now 3 years old and I bring her to my grandmother’s assisted living facility. She interacts with and plays appropriately with other dogs, pets, adults and children of all ages. She is a secure dog and adaptable to any environment. I believe my dog’s calm and friendly demeanor is a direct reflection of my skills. I’m prepared to handle dogs across the spectrum of sizes and energy levels. I live close to many beautiful parks and trails, some with dedicated areas for dog-play. I will closely follow any instructions you have for feeding, exercising, sleeping and socializing your precious pet. About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my lifelong experience with a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, and even reptiles like snakes. I’ve been a dedicated dog owner since 2018 and recently added a cat to my household, giving me hands-on experience with both species’ needs. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and temperaments and can provide attentive care for both playful puppies and senior animals. My calm and patient nature helps animals feel safe and at ease under my care. I work full time and get home at 5:30pm. I don’t usually have evening plans, so I can attend to pets in need of a temporary home. I have a friendly cat and dog who are curious about other animals. My dog is crated while I’m not home, while my cat roams around. While home my pets Winston and Arya will keep your fur baby company.
