With our wedding coming up we needed to find someone to pop in and check on him, Jonny did just that for us and alleviated a lot of our stress. Jonny was super flexible with his schedule, he took the time to get out dog comfortable with him. At first meeting our dog was on the aggressive side and Jonny didn’t flinch. He’s a true pro. Beyond that he’s a great guy, super calm and friendly, there was never a doubt about his character and leaving him access to our house. We will definitely be using him more in the future. About: I’m a dog mom to 3 sweethearts: Sherlock (15-lb Shih Tzu rescue), Jessie (55-lb American pitbull rescue) and Sasha (40-lb mixed terrier rescue). They all are very reactive to different triggers (people, other dogs, cats, squirrels/wildlife, etc.), and they’ve taught me how to be a better parent. Puppo (18-lb Maltipoo), our 15-year old senior dog, crossed the rainbow bridge in August 2025. Taking care of Puppo for 2 years was a transformative experience - he even taught me how to age with dignity and grace. I work a full-time hybrid job (2 days remote) and Saturday (10:30-1pm), but my calendar will be as up-to-date as possible! I take your pets’ safety very seriously, and will ask questions during our meet-and-greets to ensure their safety under my care. Additionally, I’ll take pictures during walks and cuddles/playtime, and be as communicative as possible. As a dog mom who has used Rover many times, I understand what many parents need!

About: Some of the happiest memories of my life are connected to dogs. It started with the big German Shepherds at my grandparents’ home, where I helped look after them, followed by Great Danes, Collies, Newfoundlands, and Spaniels belonging to friends, whose responsibility I often shared on trips and hikes. I work remotely, so your four-legged baby will have company most of the time. I usually leave for personal errands only once every couple of days and for no more than 3–4 hours. My schedule is quite flexible, so I’m happy to arrange walks, drop-in visits, or longer stays, with plenty of time for walks and play throughout the day. I carefully follow your instructions and your pet’s usual routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and secure with me. I never let a dog off leash in my yard because the fence is not fully enclosed. If you’re comfortable with it, I’m happy to visit a dog park where your furry friend can run and play off leash.

Hi Michael! Sorry for the late response - after the 2am time back from VEG Saturday morning then the move-in on Sunday, I’m tired!! Thanks again for helping out and for the update. Moose (with his medicine) slept through the night without a coughing fit last night so he seems to be recovering. Now we just have a high energy dog who can’t go to day care at all this week! 😂 I hope you have a great week! Also, we’re seeing A Few Good Men at Lincoln Center on Sunday November 8, so we’ll request a drop-in if you’re around!
Had a great experience with Riley! Riley took wonderful care of Nyah and Bohdi over the weekend and kept me updated the whole time. I felt completely comfortable knowing my dogs were in good hands. Riley is very professional and gave Nyah and Bohdi lots of walks and played with them a lot. Nyah and Bohdi were so happy and well cared for. We will definitely be booking Riley again and we highly recommend him!
Siara did an amazing job looking after our 2 cats for a week. On top of the usual (food, water, litter), she made sure to spend some time with cats and do what they wanted to do, be that brushing, playing, petting, or anything in between. She even got our very shy girl to warm up to her in just a couple of days! She was also super thoughtful and flagged an issue with automatic feeder that we missed and helped us ensure our cats were getting their meals dispensed on time. She also provides detailed reports and tons of pictures, and is great at prompt and timely communication. We hate leaving our cats home alone, but with Siara we felt they were well taken care of and would definitely book Siara again in the future!
Katie did an absolutely amazing job with our three kitties for a seven day trip. She sent us regular updates and followed all of the information we gave her! No issues when we returned home, and we would absolutely book her again when we take a trip out of town!
Mark took care of Chumpy for over a week while we were away, and he did an amazing job!
