Hi, I'm Steve. I've been walking dogs since 2017 and what started as something I enjoy has become something I truly love. I'm recently retired after running my own retail business for 25 years, so I bring a lifetime of responsibility, professionalism, and reliability to every dog I care for. I'm also an active person who enjoys staying fit and spending time outdoors and honestly, there's no better way to do that than with a great dog by my side! What I believe makes me different is that I personally engage with every dog I walk. I don't simply show up, walk around the block, and leave. I pay attention to each dog's personality, energy level, and individual needs. My goal is for every dog to come home happy, exercised, and well cared for. I'm extremely reliable and trustworthy, and I understand how important it is to feel comfortable putting your beloved pet in someone else's hands. I treat every dog with the same care and attention I would want for my own. And I love keeping owners in the loop! I regularly send photos from our walks, and one of my favorite things is hearing from owners about how much they enjoy seeing their dogs having fun. Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
For your dog's safety, dogs are prolific sniffers, inevitably putting things in their mouths that they shouldn't. I pay close attention to and keep a watchful eye on the ground to make sure your dog doesn't put anything in its mouth that can be harmful. In the unlikely event your dog or cat needs medical attention, I’m certified in cat and dog first aid by the American Red Cross.

Schedule
I'm available for dog walking and drop-in visits for dogs or cats, Monday through Friday between 8 am & 4 pm. I’m not usually available on weekends, however, if you’re in a bind and need a walk or a visit on a Saturday or a Sunday, and I have no plans that weekend, I most likely will be able to do it as long as it’s no later than 12 pm.
