About: I have always been involved in pet care in my home for over 15 years. I have had experience with elderly dogs and cats of my own. I have pet-sitted in my neighborhood for puppies and for breeds different from my own dogs. I will use my energy to play with your pet and hopefully decrease their energy. Caitlin is great with my Selina. I was out of country for 16 days and had Caitlin spend an hour per day with Selina. Caitlin sent pics and an anecdote every day of her play with Selina, and even brought her an additional toy to play with (that she still loves, thank you!) As much as I know that Selina is happy I'm home, I almost think Selina still looks for Caitlin to visit her. :D I highly recommend Caitlin and will definitely hire her in the future.

Siara did an amazing job looking after our 2 cats for a week. On top of the usual (food, water, litter), she made sure to spend some time with cats and do what they wanted to do, be that brushing, playing, petting, or anything in between. She even got our very shy girl to warm up to her in just a couple of days! She was also super thoughtful and flagged an issue with automatic feeder that we missed and helped us ensure our cats were getting their meals dispensed on time. She also provides detailed reports and tons of pictures, and is great at prompt and timely communication. We hate leaving our cats home alone, but with Siara we felt they were well taken care of and would definitely book Siara again in the future!
We are so grateful for Geoff! He recently helped us out on very short notice when we needed someone to care for our dog, Cayenne, and our two cats so that our whole family could travel for a college visit with our son. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
