About: I loveee animals. I grew up with many pets from cute little bunnies, turtles, lizards, birds, dogs and everything in between. I’m very caring which will show in everything I do. Your babies will be my babies, I promise :) I currently work full-time as an elementary teacher. I’m available for boarding your babes on weekends, and weekdays after 4pm. Sometimes I’m off on holidays and I would board then as well. We will always have a great time. Your babe will be free to roam my apartment under my supervision, of course. I also have a large yard, but will keep him on a leash. I can also crate him or her if you prefer. Either way, we will have tons of fun together.
About: I've grown up around MANY cats and a dog most of my life. I’ve also helped out my family and friends were taking care of their fur babies when they’re on vacation. I currently work a 9 to 5 but I am available before or after that time. I can also stop by in the middle of the day. I’m also completely free on weekends! I live alone now, but I grew up living with anywhere from 3 to 9 cats, 1 dog, 2 birds who are rescues that (as you can imagine) have very different personalities. We had a set routine for them which I believe gave them enough stability and consistency to let them flourish and be comfortable in the spaces we shared. About: I have experience with both dogs and cats. I lived with my cousin and her dog for some time so her dog became my adopted dog. I enjoyed taking her on walks, playing with her, and making sure she is happy which made me happy. After some time, I moved out and got a cat. My cat was very playful, had a unique funny and cute character. But unfortunately she got very sick. There were many veterinary visits to take her to, administration of medications and making her last living few weeks as best as possible. I enjoy taking care of pets. About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats throughout my entire life whether it was for working families, friends and neighbors in NJ! For a few years, I used to volunteer at the local animal shelter where I’d help bathe kittens, take their dogs outside and play with our furry friends seeking homes. Being around younger or older pets for years has allowed me to pick up signs and stay calm if accidents happen, whether your pet missed the litter box or regurgitated their meal. I’m always glad to help out where and when I can! I mostly work from home where I have a bit more control over my schedule. Early mornings or late evenings are always flexible! If I receive enough notice, I’m glad to accommodate your pets needs throughout the day on any weekday or weekends as well! I have prior experience being with a wide range of larger outdoor pets and smaller indoor pets who are cage trained or not. I’m glad to keep them company, spend time with their favorite toys and make sure they’re cleaned up after! From previous experience, I have a keen eye on a pets body language and can get a sense if some may need more space than others. However, I’ll always be accommodating if some pets need to let their energy out more than others! Similar to my own cat, on a daily basis, I make sure to set aside 30 minutes of play time with them in the day time and the evening to lessen the “zoomies”!
About: Both my partner and I are currently semi-retired so our attention will be 100% dedicated to your furry friend. We quit our jobs to work on a camper van to travel the U.S. with our dogs! Our daily routine revolves around our 5 y/o Samoyed and 7 y/o Shiba Inu pups so we are familiar with different feeding schedules, routines, diets, personalities, etc. I'm currently taking a gap year so I'm pretty flexible and can accomodate a wide variety of schedules! Worked at a pet hotel for a couple weeks and dealt with a variety of dogs (even cats) and know that each pet can be different and I'm ready to accustomed to your pet to ensure they feel comfortable and safe! I currently work at a nightshift so I would prefer to work during the evening. Depending on my schedule I would be able to work nightshifts on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Wednesdays. Michelle was great with my corgi. Communication while arranging the meet and greet could have been better but overall I’m very happy with the care she gave him for the drop-in visits. She listened exactly to what he needed and gave him lots of outside time. I would not hesitate to book with Michelle again.

I am very fortunate to have found Luis a couple weeks before going on a trip. Luis was extremely trustworthy, communicative, accommodating, caring, thoughtful, kind, responsible and prepared. In our initial meetup he took notes, connected with my cats and asked good questions before leaving. I stress when I go away and leave my girls, knowing they had Luis was very comforting. He stayed longer than needed sometimes and was able to accept additional sessions on short notice. He is tremendously reliable. I am very happy with how my girls were treated and will pick Luis as my sitter going forward.
Kaitlin went truly above and beyond for us. During this visit she wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t drive, yet instead of canceling, she arranged for a family member to bring her so our cats would still be cared for. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
