I am very fortunate to have found Luis a couple weeks before going on a trip. Luis was extremely trustworthy, communicative, accommodating, caring, thoughtful, kind, responsible and prepared. In our initial meetup he took notes, connected with my cats and asked good questions before leaving. I stress when I go away and leave my girls, knowing they had Luis was very comforting. He stayed longer than needed sometimes and was able to accept additional sessions on short notice. He is tremendously reliable.
