“I picked up my dog Copper, later last night, after a week’s stay with Desi and Marilyn. I’m not going to lie…I was a little worried about leaving our boy with “strangers”, but when I met D&M, they made me feel at ease after doing our meet and greet. They have a great setup at their house, inside and out, for daytime and overnight “guests”. Desi assured me he was not worried about how any of them would get along and he would introduce Copper slowly. Well, Desi certainly knows what he’s doing (he IS the pack leader) and within a couple of days, Copper was outside playing and running with all of his new doggy friends. They sent videos and/or pictures almost daily, without me asking, and I knew I could msg them right in the app with any concerns. Desi and Marilyn are the real deal. You can tell that this is not just a job for them, but a passion. They are set up and experienced to take on many dogs and still show individual care to each one. When we picked Copper up tonight, he was happy and healthy. What a relief it is to know that I now have a place to bring my dog if/when we decide to go out of town or are helping my ailing mom. If you are looking for a experienced, knowledgeable, safe, fun environment for your doggy, I would not hesitate for a second to bring your fur baby to Desi and Marilyn. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!!”

She clearly has excellent knowledge when it comes to dog introductions and made sure Lani felt comfortable from the start. Her yard is fantastic, spacious, super clean, and thoughtfully designed with a shaded sand pit and a dig zone that Lani loved exploring. We also really appreciated the photo updates throughout the stay! When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, Tricia was incredibly accommodating, even on such short notice. “First Impressions Boarding my dog, Lilly, with someone outside the family for the first time made me a little nervous. My granddaughter, who had used Rover before, helped me submit the application and choose a sitter. Even on the way to drop Lilly off, I still felt apprehensive, but that quickly changed when Teresa gave us such a warm welcome and Lilly and I were greeted by Teresa’s three friendly dogs. Although Lilly seemed a bit overwhelmed at first, she soon relaxed after playing in Teresa’s large backyard, and I felt comfortable leaving her there. Updates During Her Stay Teresa reassured me that Lilly would be well cared for and promised to keep me updated. She followed through by sending photos and notes about how Lilly was sleeping, eating, and taking her medicine, which I really appreciated. Pickup and Overall Experience When I picked Lilly up, Teresa told me what a joy she had been to care for. She said Lilly was very sweet, that her daughter had fallen in love with her, and even one of her dogs had taken a liking to her. Teresa also said Lilly would be welcome back anytime. I left feeling grateful for the care Lilly received and would happily trust Teresa with her again.”

About: I absolutely love caring for animals. I used to be a receptionist at a vet clinic and love meeting new pets. I am a dog owner myself, which has allowed me to learn more about dogs and their individual needs. I have experience administering oral medications. I have also learned to figure out if something is wrong, or if they need medical care. I will make sure to care for your pet as if it was my own. I know it’s hard leaving our pets so please let me know what I can do to make it as comfortable as possible for you and your pet. I recently moved to New Jersey and I’m currently unemployed. I am a mom to a toddler, and I’m unable to do any long term overnight stays, but may make an exception if it’s only a day. I can feed your pet, administer medication, take them on walks or just simply hang out so they are not lonely while you are gone.

“I picked up my dog Copper, later last night, after a week’s stay with Desi and Marilyn. I’m not going to lie…I was a little worried about leaving our boy with “strangers”, but when I met D&M, they made me feel at ease after doing our meet and greet. They have a great setup at their house, inside and out, for daytime and overnight “guests”. Desi assured me he was not worried about how any of them would get along and he would introduce Copper slowly. Well, Desi certainly knows what he’s doing (he IS the pack leader) and within a couple of days, Copper was outside playing and running with all of his new doggy friends. They sent videos and/or pictures almost daily, without me asking, and I knew I could msg them right in the app with any concerns. Desi and Marilyn are the real deal. You can tell that this is not just a job for them, but a passion. They are set up and experienced to take on many dogs and still show individual care to each one. When we picked Copper up tonight, he was happy and healthy. What a relief it is to know that I now have a place to bring my dog if/when we decide to go out of town or are helping my ailing mom. If you are looking for a experienced, knowledgeable, safe, fun environment for your doggy, I would not hesitate for a second to bring your fur baby to Desi and Marilyn. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!!”
“Tricia was absolutely wonderful with our pup, Lani! This was our first time booking with her, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She clearly has excellent knowledge when it comes to dog introductions and made sure Lani felt comfortable from the start. Her yard is fantastic, spacious, super clean, and thoughtfully designed with a shaded sand pit and a dig zone that Lani loved exploring. We also really appreciated the photo updates throughout the stay! When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, Tricia was incredibly accommodating, even on such short notice. That flexibility meant so much to us. We’re so grateful for her care and would definitely book with her again!”

I’ve had many dog clients and each dog has their own personality. Each client I have, I take the time to make sure that the pet is comfortable and happy. On the days I have your pet, I will have plenty of time to take care of them for their scheduled time. I love animals and have pets myself so pet care falls naturally into my daily actives. From making time to walk, feed, and exercise with them. My top priority is to provide a safe environment for the pets that will be in my home or a clients home. Its very important for me to make sure I provide good communication with the owner. Before taking care of your pet, I like to discuss specific requirements my clients might need for their pet, such as feeding schedules. exercise routines, and any special needs. Over the July 4th weekend, they went above and beyond by sending me adorable photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind.
