Geoff was absolutely amazing! I had booked last minute, and he and his family were so welcoming and more than happy to take Theo in. I usually leave Theo at home when I’m out, but knowing I would be gone for over 12 hours, I didn’t want my poor baby to be alone for that long. I’m so glad I found Geoff! It was wonderful knowing Theo had the opportunity to get comfortable with the other dogs, enjoy their beautiful backyard, and spend the day playing and having fun. Star was great with my two dogs. Treated them like they were her own, sent great updates through the day, and they were in great shape when I picked them up (tuckered out but not a mess). She was flexible and communicative, will be using her services again for sure.
We left our two dogs Lewis and Hank with Heather and her family for a day for the first time, and it was a positive experience in every aspect. Hank is deaf and requires visual cues, instead of voice commands. Heather was very attentive to all of my instructions and explanations, showing nothing but positive attitude and readiness to accommodate. She sent a couple updates and several pictures throughout the day, which reinforced my initial impression that she would take good care of our pups. They looked comfortable and happy, even if they were missing home. We're looking forward to leaving Lewis and Hank with Heather again and trying for overnight and multi-day stays.
Erika was really great. She fed and walked Rocky and sent me pictures. But she went above and beyond when Rocky was feeling a little sad and didn't want to eat. She gave him some treats and got him in a good mood so he ate his food. I will certainly use Erika again and i highly recommend her.
