My dog had a cone and a lick sleeve and we went for a Meet and Great with Manuel. He was so warm, professional and compassionate to my lil guy. My dog stayed with him a few days later and it was perfect. Manuel had to carry my dog up the steps and he was so gentle and loving. I highly recommend Manuel. I couldn't have asked for a better first Rover experience! We just moved to the area, and my dog, Jinx, began to bark when left alone. I was nervous about leaving her with someone new for the first time (she is 13 and has never been left in a new environment). This was a last-minute booking, and it couldn't have gone better. Jinx was so comfortable from the start, and it was clear she received so much love and attention. The sitter and her son spent time cuddling with her, and she looked genuinely happy and relaxed. Knowing she was so well cared for gave me complete peace of mind. I would absolutely book with them again!
Megan is the best! My dog is definitely not the simplest dog to take care of, but she made sure my dog felt super comfortable and happy.
