About: I've been an animal lover my entire life and have experience caring for dogs at every stage. About: I spent the past 4 years running a successful dog-watching business in NYC with my partner. We have since relocated to Northern NJ and intend to provide the same high quality services for pets here. I grew up with animals - dogs, rabbits, birds, mice, turtles and fish. I would’ve had cats too if members of my family weren’t so allergic. As a teen I volunteered with friends at our local animal shelter and chose to work with the cat population because most of the volunteers wanted to walk the dogs. Most recently I trained my own dog - starting from when she was 6 weeks old. I used a combination of training techniques (including crate training) to successfully potty-train her, teach her to walk on a leash and eventually teach her to hike and run together off-leash. My dog is now 3 years old and I bring her to my grandmother’s assisted living facility. She interacts with and plays appropriately with other dogs, pets, adults and children of all ages. She is a secure dog and adaptable to any environment. I believe my dog’s calm and friendly demeanor is a direct reflection of my skills. I’m prepared to handle dogs across the spectrum of sizes and energy levels. I live close to many beautiful parks and trails, some with dedicated areas for dog-play. About: I have taken care of all sorts of dogs ever since I could remember. I have a lot of experience and love for animals of all kinds. My family and friends have relied on me to walk, bathe, feed, and care for their pets for many years! I live in a pretty spacious apartment where your dog can have more than enough space to walk around, and although I grew up with 3 dogs in my home town, I do not have any dogs here in Boston so there is no worry about whether or not your dog with get along with other dogs. I am a student at Berklee College of Music and have some classes during the week but I am pretty flexible as they are only a couple of hours out of the day. I am completely free on weekends. I wish I could gatekeep but it would t be right to other dog parents! Both were amazing with my two big dogs. Even my anxious younger one was treated with patience and kindness until he warmed up. Definitely will be booking again. Thanks Myah and Breanna, you both were great. 😊
