About: I spent the past 4 years running a successful dog-watching business in NYC with my partner. We have since relocated to Northern NJ and intend to provide the same high quality services for pets here. I grew up with animals - dogs, rabbits, birds, mice, turtles and fish. I would’ve had cats too if members of my family weren’t so allergic. As a teen I volunteered with friends at our local animal shelter and chose to work with the cat population because most of the volunteers wanted to walk the dogs. Most recently I trained my own dog - starting from when she was 6 weeks old. I used a combination of training techniques (including crate training) to successfully potty-train her, teach her to walk on a leash and eventually teach her to hike and run together off-leash. My dog is now 3 years old and I bring her to my grandmother’s assisted living facility. She interacts with and plays appropriately with other dogs, pets, adults and children of all ages. She is a secure dog and adaptable to any environment. I believe my dog’s calm and friendly demeanor is a direct reflection of my skills. I’m prepared to handle dogs across the spectrum of sizes and energy levels. I live close to many beautiful parks and trails, some with dedicated areas for dog-play. I will closely follow any instructions you have for feeding, exercising, sleeping and socializing your precious pet. I work part-time from home and set my own schedule so I am able to dedicate the appropriate time and attention to your pet easily. I will treat your pet like part of my family if they stay with me. I have a very calming presence that animals seem to react really well too. I am happy to watch your pet at your place if that works best. I provide an engaging, safe environment no matter the location.

I am a retired senior in pursuit of starting another career online, so I’m home everyday. Except for Sunday morning between 9:30-1pm. So I’m available daily. About: We are lifelong dog and cat lovers and owners. We can’t wait to take care of your loved one just like one of ours with endless cuddles and walks. I work part time from home and also have my husband and 16 year old son in the house. Everyone loves animals so your pet will never be alone. We also have an incredibly friendly mutt-terrier from the woods of Arkansas- Doc. He adores when other dogs come to visit. Our cat, Stitch will find his way upstairs and away from our animal visitor. We like to have our animals with us at night so yours will either sleep with us or our son. Like I said- snuggles galore! I’m currently working part-time from home so will have tons of time to play with your pup. I’m around on weekdays and weekends all day and night!! I have a fenced yard and a super friendly dog and a cat who will make himself scarce. I am happy to do whatever makes you comfortable and can administer medication. Your pet will sleep with me or my son along with our dog, Doc. We have a casual home and everyone is allowed on the couches and beds.

He reassured me when I asked what his daily dog schedule is When I made inquiry with concern about Meshy's foibles, he was direct, informative. He did not personalize as a question of his ability, but understood questions as a concern about dog behavior. When we setup MEET & GREET, he introduced dogs, 1 at a time, giving Meshy and his dogs, a chance to meet without being overwhelmed. He remained approachable, but let Meshy approach him in his own time. I found Danny to be alert and perceptive to dogs, patient with my concerns as 'dog parent'. I would definitely return for care for Meshy.
I can’t say enough good things about Marcy’s Dog Daycare! From the moment I dropped my dog off for his first visit, I knew he was in great hands. Marcy is incredibly kind, professional, and has such a deep love for animals—it’s clear she’s not just doing this as a business, but because she genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. Not only did Koda have a blast playing with other dogs, but he came home exhausted (in the best way possible!) and with a huge smile on his face. I could tell he had been well taken care of and treated like part of the family.
