Mark answered my request on short notice and really helped me out. He is very friendly and trustworthy. He always showed up exactly on-time and was very careful with my dogs. This was only our first meeting with Brad. We booked him for 1 hour prior to a planned pet sitting stayover to meet us and our loving boy Jackson. To familiarize Brad with Jackson's routine, we wanted him to join us while we took Jackson on his daily walk. Brad was attentive and asked thorough questions about Jackson's care. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
