“Alison was amazing, hired her last minute as my sitter for our honeymoon cancelled two days before. We didn’t have a chance to do a meet & greet but was communicative throughout. My boy was very happy !!”

“Naidilis was an excellent dog walker. Dolly loved her right away which is not always the case! She brought her own doggy bags and was on time. She has a very sweet and kind disposition. She is also very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her services.”

About: I have a 4 year old golden retriever that we’ve had since he was 10 weeks old. I absolutely adore animals of every kind. I know basic training for dogs and am still learning each day. I’m incredibly active with a flexible schedule and would love to help out! I work for myself and create my own schedule. I go on multiple walks a day. I like to be home often and spend most of the time in the Montclair area. I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly golden retriever who is 4 years old and trained. It’s mostly me that will be at home though my husband will be around as well who also loves animals.
About: I believe dogs aren’t just pets, they’re family! I treat every dog like my own by taking the time to understand their personality, routine, and individual needs. My goal is to keep your pup happy, safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, with plenty of attention, playtime, walks, cuddles, and care. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in good hands. I’m not just here to watch your dog. I’m here to give them a loving home away from home! I have a very flexible schedule that I keep open for job opportunities. I enjoy exercising and maintaining an active life style. I like my weeks varied and not the same as the last. Firstly recognize that I am a new person in their world and they may not be entirely comfortable with that. Give them space but also be close and available to them.
“Sadi was great. My dog is very nice, but also has a lot of energy and can be tough to get used to in the beginning. Sadi was wonderful with my pup all weekend. Great updates and communication. Won’t hesitate to reach out for future help. Thanks Sadi.”

“Jenette is awesome with my pup! She takes her on walks at our local park and gives her plenty of love and attention. I would definitely recommend her to look after your fur babies.”

“First time meet and greet. Moe was skiddish, as expected but warmed up to Daniel pretty quickly and let him take for a nice walk. Was on time, respectful, and courteous.”

“Really glad that we found Jonny who helped us out for multiple walks with our dog. He was very responsive, always prompt, great with our dog, and flexible when our needs changed. I would recommend him to anyone and will gladly book within him again!”

About: Animals have always been a part of my life. I grew up with both dogs and cats, cared for my own dog for 15 wonderful years, and currently share my home with my cat. Losing my dog in 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer reminded me just how much our pets mean to us—they're family. That experience deepened my appreciation for providing patient, compassionate care and creating a calm, loving environment for every pet. Whether your dog is energetic and loves long walks or your cat prefers quiet companionship, I believe every pet deserves individualized care based on their personality and routine. My goal is simple: to make your pet feel comfortable, loved, and safe while giving you complete peace of mind. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and look forward to building lasting relationships with both pets and their owners. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide dependable daytime, evening, and weekend availability for walks and drop-in visits. Because my schedule is flexible, I can often accommodate recurring walks, last-minute requests, and holiday bookings with advance notice. Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. During every visit, I'll follow your care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications (when applicable), preferred walking routes, and any household routines. I take the time to ensure doors, gates, and leashes are secure before and after every walk or visit. I'll treat your home with the same respect I would my own and make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. I also believe communication builds trust. You'll receive prompt updates, photos, and a summary after every visit so you can relax knowing your pet is in caring hands.

About: I’m a caring and responsible pet lover who enjoys spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning up after pets, and giving them plenty of attention. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own. I’m dependable, patient, and happy to provide regular updates so you can feel comfortable while you’re away. I currently work part-time and have a flexible schedule. I’m available for pet sitting, walks, and drop-in visits around my work schedule. I’m especially available on my days off, and I’m happy to work with owners to find a time that works best for their pets. I always make sure pets are in a safe, comfortable, and supervised environment. I follow each pet’s routine and the owner’s instructions carefully. I’m respectful of your home, keep doors and gates secure, and make sure pets receive plenty of attention, care, and exercise.

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats my entire life. At the moment I volunteer as a dog walker at the animal shelter. I currently have two cats. I live in a home with a separate bedroom reserved for your furry family member. Safety is my main priority. I have a lot of knowledge in what foods/plants/ etc. are harmful to animals. I work from home so I get lots of time to play and love on your pet with frequent walks. Overall, I am an animal lover, and I strive to make them feel safe and loved. I work from home part-time. I will be with your pet full-time every day with lots of time for love cuddles, play with frequent walks and potty trips. Your animal will not be with other animals and will have my full attention. Your pet will remain inside in their own bedroom. Of course for dogs we will be outside frequently for potty trips and walks around the neighborhood. I understand body language of animals and I take safety very seriously.
“Vivian put our mind at ease while we trusted her care with our dog. She was patient and supportive, while providing such detailed daily updates of our furry friend. Highly recommended for her services!”

“The best!!!! Jackie is a fantastic walker for my special guy. I was able to tell how much she cares just from the meet and greet. Jackie is very punctual, reliable, and flexible. You can tell she is really on top of things and her attention to detail is superb. She has provided consistent loving care for bud! Highly recommended!!!”
About: Animals have always been a major part of my life, and my experience caring for them goes beyond just basic pet sitting. I have volunteered at animal shelters, where I gained hands-on experience walking and handling dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. This has taught me how to read body language, build trust quickly, and make every walk safe and enjoyable for each dog’s individual needs. I also have personal experience as a foster parent to cats. I successfully helped one of my fosters find her forever home, and I proudly became a “foster fail” with another who I couldn’t imagine letting go. I currently care for a blind cat, which has deepened my understanding of patience, consistency, and creating a safe, predictable environment for special-needs pets. In the past, I also cared for a cat with feline leukemia who was incredibly special to me, and I made sure he was always comfortable, loved, and supported. My background has given me a strong sense of compassion, responsibility, and intuition when it comes to animals. I treat every pet like my own, and I understand how important it is for pet parents to feel complete peace of mind while they’re away. I am currently working per diem, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care. I am also in a season of exploring my passions and focusing on work that feels meaningful to me. Pet care is something I truly enjoy, and I love building trust with every animal I meet. I care for pets in clients’ homes by following their normal routines as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, litter care, playtime, and any medications. I adjust to each pet’s personality and needs, whether they’re social or need space. I also keep the home clean, secure, and provide updates so pet parents feel at ease.
About: Hello, my name is Christina. I am truly a lover of animals, and have been since I was a child. I have grown up with a range of different animal companions including: dogs, guinea pigs, birds and fish. You know that person you see on the bench surrounded by pigeons because they keep breaking off pieces of their lunch to give to them? That's me! Or, that person you always see feeding the same stray cats that live in your local area? Also, me! I also happen to be a very strong advocate for the rights and well being of ALL animals and it breaks my heart to see any treated unkindly or unfairly. Work Experience: I have extensive experience working with animals. I have been volunteering at animal shelters since I was a preteen, and later went on to becoming employed as an Animal Caretaker in my adult years at ASPCA. I have worked with a variety of animals from cats and dogs to guinea pigs, turtles, and even goats. It was a very demanding job, to put it lightly. Though, most people would assume otherwise when it comes to working with animals. But, due to my experience, I know exactly how much effort and work goes into actually properly caring for an animal and catering to its distinctive needs. I was also the owner of a small dog walking/pet sitting business outside of Rover, which I did for 3 years. Lastly, I would like to mention that I am a very detail oriented person, and a bit of a perfectionist. If I do a job, I make sure I do it well. I am also immensely compassionate and emphathic when it comes to all living creatures, so I think with these skills combined, I would be perfectly fit to look after your furry, feathery or scaly friend. I'm currently available to work anytime. I am available to work on weekdays and weekends, preferably in the mornings and afternoons. I can also be available on some evenings and overnights. If I am unavailable for whatever reason, I will immediately let the client know. I will take care of pets based off exact instructions provided by clients. Typically, I would take dogs out on long walks in the surrounding areas or backyards, play with and feed all animals, and ensure that their water bowls are changed and filled with clean water, and all litter boxes, cages or tanks are cleaned. I will make sure to be vigilant when it comes to clients' pets to make certain they are safe at all times. And, you can ensure that I will leave the clients' home clean and exactly how it was found, and once finished, all doors and windows will be locked and secured to prevent possible intrusions. I am someone who always double checks to make sure a door is locked.
About: I've been an animal lover my entire life and have experience caring for dogs at every stage. From energetic puppies who need patience and structure, to adolescent dogs learning good habits, to our sweet senior dogs who benefit from a slower pace and extra attention. I also have experience volunteering with animal shelters, which taught me how to work with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and anxiety levels. What sets me apart is that I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet as an individual. Some dogs want an adventure buddy, some want a cuddle companion, and others just need a calm, reliable presence while their owners are away. I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and quirks so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. As a high school teacher, I'm patient, responsible, and highly communicative. I'll treat your pet like a member of my own family and am happy to keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. I'm a teacher on summer break with flexible hours. I understand our furry friends don't always live by the same schedule we do, and am happy to provide them with the midday walks/socialization they need so you can come home to a happy pet. I'm happy to provide care in your home, secure yard, or neighborhood where your pet is most comfortable. Care in my home involves comfy couch access, walks on streets with sidewalks, and plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. I strive to maintain your pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. Safety is my top priority, so I always use secure leashes and harnesses during walks, closely supervise outdoor time, and make sure pets have a calm, clean, and comfortable environment. Upon request, I am happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away.

Mark answered my request on short notice and really helped me out. He is very friendly and trustworthy. He always showed up exactly on-time and was very careful with my dogs. I needed to ask him to let himself in and feed my dogs in addition to the original request just to walk them and he had no problem doing exactly what I needed his help with. I will definitely be requesting him next time I need dog care. I highly recommend him.

This was only our first meeting with Brad. We booked him for 1 hour prior to a planned pet sitting stayover to meet us and our loving boy Jackson. To familiarize Brad with Jackson's routine, we wanted him to join us while we took Jackson on his daily walk. Brad was attentive and asked thorough questions about Jackson's care. They got along right away. We feel more comfortable having scheduled a longer initial meet. It gave us more peace of mind in knowing that the care and well being of our sweet baby and the care and regard for our home will be in good hands!

Cynthia has been absolutely wonderful with my stubborn puppy, who took to her from day one. She truly is a dog whisperer! She is patient, caring, and treats my dog as if he were her own. It’s clear how much she loves and cares for my dog, and that gives me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Cynthia to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and dedicated dog walker. The love, attention, and care she provides are truly exceptional.

Nima did a fantastic job walking our Oli and I highly recommend her. She is punctual, professional, and extremely loving to all of our pets! Nima was also flexible with scheduling and willing to accommodate our (Oli’s) needs when we needed to modify the booking. She was also extremely patient when our Oli was being stubborn on walks or potty breaks, which we greatly appreciated, especially the photos of their walks when he was serving serious diva face! 😂 We will definitely be utilizing her services again in the future and cannot recommend her enough!
