About: I’ve taken care of many dogs growing up with so many pets of my own. From family pets to friends and neighbors I’ve walked, feed, and bathe them all. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have a lot of free time from 8:30 to 2 o’clock and 6:00 to 9 on the weekdays. On the weekends I’m available all day. I provide loving, attentive care for your pet right in the comfort of their own home, where they feel safest and most relaxed. I make sure to follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or quiet cuddle time so they experience consistency while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and in good hands.

I have grown up with a range of different animal companions including: dogs, guinea pigs, birds and fish. You know that person you see on the bench surrounded by pigeons because they keep breaking off pieces of their lunch to give to them? That's me! Or, that person you always see feeding the same stray cats that live in your local area? Also, me! I also happen to be a very strong advocate for the rights and well being of ALL animals and it breaks my heart to see any treated unkindly or unfairly. Work Experience: I have extensive experience working with animals. I have been volunteering at animal shelters since I was a preteen, and later went on to becoming employed as an Animal Caretaker in my adult years at ASPCA. I have worked with a variety of animals from cats and dogs to guinea pigs, turtles, and even goats. It was a very demanding job, to put it lightly. Though, most people would assume otherwise when it comes to working with animals. But, due to my experience, I know exactly how much effort and work goes into actually properly caring for an animal and catering to its distinctive needs. I was also the owner of a small dog walking/pet sitting business outside of Rover, which I did for 3 years. Lastly, I would like to mention that I am a very detail oriented person, and a bit of a perfectionist. If I do a job, I make sure I do it well. I am also immensely compassionate and emphathic when it comes to all living creatures, so I think with these skills combined, I would be perfectly fit to look after your furry, feathery or scaly friend. I'm currently available to work anytime. I am available to work on weekdays and weekends, preferably in the mornings and afternoons. I can also be available on some evenings and overnights. If I am unavailable for whatever reason, I will immediately let the client know. I will take care of pets based off exact instructions provided by clients. Typically, I would take dogs out on long walks in the surrounding areas or backyards, play with and feed all animals, and ensure that their water bowls are changed and filled with clean water, and all litter boxes, cages or tanks are cleaned. I will make sure to be vigilant when it comes to clients' pets to make certain they are safe at all times. And, you can ensure that I will leave the clients' home clean and exactly how it was found, and once finished, all doors and windows will be locked and secured to prevent possible intrusions. I am someone who always double checks to make sure a door is locked.

About: I understand how important it is to have someone reliable and patient looking after your pets, and I always try to give them lots of attention, affection, and exercise based on their individual needs. I currently offer drop-in visits, evening house sitting, and walks. I know every pet has their own personality, so I always do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I also have a senior dog of my own who has a special diet and is partially blind, so I understand the extra patience and attention some pets may need. During walks, I keep her close to me, help guide her safely up and down stairs, and carry her when needed. I also administer her eye drops daily and make sure she stays comfortable and relaxed. Caring for her has taught me how important gentle, attentive care is, especially for senior pets or pets with special needs. I have a fairly flexible schedule! I’m currently available weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as full availability on weekends for House sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking! Visits include feedings, fresh water, potty breaks, walks and playtime! I’m happy to help keep up with your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and relaxed in their own home. For walks, I focus on making sure your dog has a safe and fun outing.
