Animal Lover that Works from Home!
I’m the designated pet sitter/dog walker for all my friends and a few neighbors. My experience includes taking care of dogs of all ages (including puppies and seniors) and various sizes. In addition to temporary assignments, I have also regularly taken care of a friend’s dog for over 2 years after she moved away. My responsibilities include daily care such as walking, feeding, and playing with the dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
When pet sitting, I make sure the dog has everything he/she needs before leaving, whether it’s fresh food or water. I also designate play time throughout the day to keep the dog stimulated. When dog walking, I’m very careful about leash/harness application. I’m also aware of my surroundings to adjust to the dog’s personality (I.e. if the dog isn’t friendly to other dogs/people).

I found an amazing dog walker, Irene, on Rover who took fantastic care of my Shiba Inu, Uni. Irene was incredibly kind, reliable, and attentive, ensuring Uni got plenty of exercise and affection. Her enthusiasm and love for dogs really shone through in every walk. She took the time to understand Uni’s quirky personality, which made all the difference. I’d highly recommend Irene to anyone looking for a caring and dependable dog walker!

Schedule
I work from home, so my schedule can be flexible if given advanced notice. I’m available weeknights after 6:00pm and all day on most weekends.
