He stopped eating like I mentioned to her, and she went out to get a different wet food for him which he loved! She also got him a small ball at the same time to try a new toy. I have used more expensive pet boarding services in the past, and decided to try rover to save money. Auggie and I had an amazing experience with Heather and her family. This was the first time my pup had stayed with anyone new outside of my own family, so I was a little nervous about him being anxious. We did a meet-and-greet the week before, and Heather (and her very sweet family) made me feel completely comfortable and confident. During the stay, I received many fantastic, detailed updates and photos of Auggie’s long weekend of fun. Heather has great, well fenced yard that Auggie enjoyed many zoomies in - even on the day it rained. Auggie can be challenging to walk in public due to some dog reactivity, but Heather took great care to follow the tips I passed along when I dropped him off and I felt totally at ease. 100/10 would (and absolutely will) be returning again!
Andrew took great care of Nuomi. He was communicative, followed my care instructions, and I really appreciated his flexibility on drop off and pick up times. Alex was great with Tahlia. He loved her like his own. Tahlia was well cared for. Tahlia was very comfortable and happy the minute she met him. Alex also sent me pictures of Tahlia while I was on my trip. Alex Also went out of his was to pick up more food for Tahlia when it ran out. Tahlia enjoyed the back yard and walks. Breanna and Myah were amazing. They sent me pictures of Dior the entire time they were with her. They were very good to communicate with , they payed good attention to Diors food regimen and even bought her along to the stores with them. Will 100% use them again next time Dior needs a sitter. I was nervous at first leaving my doggy with a stranger but they made the entire experience amazing. 10/10 experience and great communication.
This was our second time leaving Nipsey & Rosie with Lindsey, and once again, she was absolutely amazing! Lindsey and her family take such wonderful care of our dogs and treat them with so much love and attention. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands while we’re away. Blanca was a wonderful caretaker for our 2 year old Havanese! We are a bit particular with instructions, and she followed them to make sure Sonny felt at home. She only takes 1 dog at a time (plus her own sweet dog),so her house is orderly and clean. Her backyard play area is fenced in which gives the dogs ample room to play. I highly recommend!
