About: I come from a family of veterinarians so I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t around animals or caring for them. I’ve been lucky to have an array of pets including dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, squirrels, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, turtles and exotic fish. I’m currently in medical school and trying to earn some extra cash. I’m busy during the day due to school, but can study anywhere in the evenings to house sit. I can walk, feed, and keep pet company. I’m used to following long instructions for care, such as, different times and types of medications or supplements that need to be given.

I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and boarding on weekends and during school holidays. I’m also off for the entire month of August, when I can accommodate longer stays and provide more flexible, full-time care. Safety is always my top priority. I provide a calm, structured environment and closely supervise all dogs in my care. My home is dog-friendly, and I’m mindful about introductions, routines, and each dog’s individual needs. I have extensive experience with a wide range of dogs, including puppies, seniors, medically fragile dogs, and those with leash reactivity or special dietary needs. I’m comfortable administering medications and managing allergies. For boarding, I do not leave dogs unattended for long periods, and I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so you always know how your pet is doing. I also have cameras in my home for added peace of mind.

About: I have been an animal lover all of my life. I grew up with cats, caring for my beloved Walter until he passed at 20 years old. I have since had the pleasure of my own Lab (now 10) as well as experience in Doggy Day Care where I was playroom manager and responsible for dogs anywhere from 1-20 in one playroom at a time(room combo of an average of 45-55 dogs in the whole building split between rooms and size).I am looking forward to more one on one relationships with families and their pets. I am looking forward to a career as a Vet Technician, and plan to take classes in the Fall. At the moment, I am wide open to spend time with local pets as I prepare to return to school. My plan come Fall will be part time classes and more time animals. Pet care will be my priority in my weekly routine. I always spend time in advance with the fur babies to get to know them and importantly, discuss the pet parents' needs. Do they need special food? Special training at meals for over excited pups? How much do they like to play/walk? Do they like to interact with other pets or prefer to stay one on one with me? I am also extremely responsible in the homes of pet parents, cleaning up after the babies as well as making sure the home is secure.
