About: I've been pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. Apart from my current two dogs, I've also raised three previous dogs from being a puppy into their senior years. I'm a firm believer in positive reinforcement training, every dog deserves the utmost love and care. I own my own business and set my own hours so I can accommodate anyone's pet care needs. I'm fine with short notice requests and can work with anyone's schedule! I have two dogs that can run around freely in my fenced in backyard. They each get at least two solo shorter walks (about 15 minutes around the park we live next to) per day and an additional longer walk (around 45-60 minutes) once my girlfriend gets home from work where we walk both together.

About: I spent the past 4 years running a successful dog-watching business in NYC with my partner. We have since relocated to Northern NJ and intend to provide the same high quality services for pets here. I grew up with animals - dogs, rabbits, birds, mice, turtles and fish. I would’ve had cats too if members of my family weren’t so allergic. As a teen I volunteered with friends at our local animal shelter and chose to work with the cat population because most of the volunteers wanted to walk the dogs. Most recently I trained my own dog - starting from when she was 6 weeks old. I used a combination of training techniques (including crate training) to successfully potty-train her, teach her to walk on a leash and eventually teach her to hike and run together off-leash. My dog is now 3 years old and I bring her to my grandmother’s assisted living facility. She interacts with and plays appropriately with other dogs, pets, adults and children of all ages. About: I’m a Stay at home mom and would definitely love to watch your fur babies! I’ve loved animals since I was very little! I can take them out for walks, play with them, make them treats, and cuddle with them if that’s what they want! I am a stay at home mom like mentioned so your baby would have my attention all the time! My schedule is usually the same unless I have appointments. I do have a balcony where they can people watch! I would take your babies out for walks or if your okay with it I can even take them to the dog park so they can run around! They are also allowed on my furniture! Keeping you updated on your babies is very important to me, because I want you to know that your baby is safe with me! So expect many updates and pictures of them having a blast, rolling around or even just sleeping! I do have a 10 month old baby so your fur baby must be okay with kids and not aggressive. If they are aggressive towards me or my baby I will ask for you to come back and pick them up.

I have grown up with a range of different animal companions including: dogs, guinea pigs, birds and fish. You know that person you see on the bench surrounded by pigeons because they keep breaking off pieces of their lunch to give to them? That's me! Or, that person you always see feeding the same stray cats that live in your local area? Also, me! I also happen to be a very strong advocate for the rights and well being of ALL animals and it breaks my heart to see any treated unkindly or unfairly. Work Experience: I have extensive experience working with animals. I have been volunteering at animal shelters since I was a preteen, and later went on to becoming employed as an Animal Caretaker in my adult years at ASPCA. I have worked with a variety of animals from cats and dogs to guinea pigs, turtles, and even goats. It was a very demanding job, to put it lightly. But, due to my experience, I know exactly how much effort and work goes into actually properly caring for an animal and catering to its distinctive needs. During walks, I keep her close to me, help guide her safely up and down stairs, and carry her when needed. I also administer her eye drops daily and make sure she stays comfortable and relaxed. Caring for her has taught me how important gentle, attentive care is, especially for senior pets or pets with special needs. I have a fairly flexible schedule! I’m currently available weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as full availability on weekends for Over night House sitting, drop in visits for both cats and dogs, and dog walking! Visits include feedings, fresh water, potty breaks, walks and playtime! I’m happy to help keep up with your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and relaxed in their own home.
