“Five stars for Jane! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I left my beloved pug, Lord Ginsberg, in Jane’s care while I traveled to Mexico, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. They were very good to communicate with , they payed good attention to Diors food regimen and even bought her along to the stores with them. Will 100% use them again next time Dior needs a sitter. I was nervous at first leaving my doggy with a stranger but they made the entire experience amazing. 10/10 experience and great communication.
Kayla is absolutely fantastic. She has the sweetest daughter who hung out with our pup a ton, I could tell our dog had an amazing time with Kayla and her fam. Kayla was also wonderful with sending photo updates, our dog was being cuddled in most of the photos! Would 1000% rebook with her and we probably will very soon!! Kayla is amazing.
Leaving our dog for the first time was stressful- but the moment we met Manuel our concerns melted away. He is calm, confident and earned the trust of not only my husband and I, but our dog as well, almost instantly. Manuel was quick to respond to messages, sent photos while our dog was in his care and made us feel at ease. We are so grateful to have found someone who gave our pup love while we were traveling. Our dog didn’t want to leave him! We will def use Manuel again to watch our beloved family member!
This was our second time leaving Nipsey & Rosie with Lindsey, and once again, she was absolutely amazing! Lindsey and her family take such wonderful care of our dogs and treat them with so much love and attention. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands while we’re away. We’re truly so thankful we found Lindsey and couldn’t recommend her enough! Nipsey & Rosie are always so happy and well cared for when they’re with her.
If I could give 10 stars I would. She was incredibly caring, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the stay with tons of pictures, which gave me such peace of mind as I’ve only ever let Henry stay with my parents. It was clear how much love and attention she gave Henry. I give her my highest recommendation and will absolutely book with her again! 🐾❤️
Blanca was a wonderful caretaker for our 2 year old Havanese! We are a bit particular with instructions, and she followed them to make sure Sonny felt at home. She only takes 1 dog at a time (plus her own sweet dog),so her house is orderly and clean. Her backyard play area is fenced in which gives the dogs ample room to play. I highly recommend!
Maisha was absolutely amazing with Honey! Her communication was great from start to finish. She was very responsive, kept me updated throughout Honey’s stay, and sent plenty of pictures, which I really appreciated. She took Honey on walks, made sure she was comfortable, and truly treated her like she was her own. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Honey was being well cared for while we were away. I would definitely book with Maisha again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, attentive, and caring to watch their fur baby! 🐾
From booking his stay to picking up my dog after my trip, Christabel was communicative and trustworthy. In the initial visit to her apartment, it was evident it was very clean, safe, and stylish. She proactively asked for documentation needed in case of emergency which is thoughtful. Throughout my dogs stay I received numerous photos and videos of him being walked or lounging, and he didn’t seem anxious like he usually is in new situations. He stopped eating like I mentioned to her, and she went out to get a different wet food for him which he loved! She also got him a small ball at the same time to try a new toy. I have used more expensive pet boarding services in the past, and decided to try rover to save money. Im glad to say the service provided by Christabel was so personable and comforting I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was in good hands.
Sonya was amazing with our doggie Kylo. This is Kylo’s first time away from home and familiar faces so he was anxious. Sonya made sure to treat him like her own and kept me up to date on his stay. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing sitting services and her doggie also made Kylo feel welcomed.
Moonyoung and Sunhyung took such wonderful care of our dog Nova. From the very begining, they were thoughful, kind and caring. They asked all the right questions and really took the time to understand Nova's needs and personality. They provided daily updates on how Nova was doing along with a few pictures! It was clear they genuienly cared about her and treated her like their own. I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again to care for our girl!
