“Leaving Zeus with Angie was the best decision we made. She’s not just reliable—she’s warm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. From the start, I could see how much she cared. She treated Zeus like he was part of her own family, and that level of care made all the difference. Zeus is a sensitive dog. He’s usually very shy, doesn’t warm up to strangers easily, and struggles with separation anxiety. He’s also not the most social when it comes to other animals. But somehow, Angie managed to connect with him. Within just a few days, I could see a shift. He looked relaxed, at ease, and even comfortable hanging around her cats, which is a first. Angie kept me updated every day with photos and videos. I never had to ask—she was always on top of it. I could tell he was happy, healthy, and in good hands. It honestly felt like Zeus was on his own vacation while we were away for 10 days. This was hands down the best experience we’ve had with a dog sitter. Lindsey is a very responsible and caring dog sitter. She treated Mango like a member of her own family and made sure he was happy, healthy, and well cared for throughout his stay. From booking his stay to picking up my dog after my trip, Christabel was communicative and trustworthy. In the initial visit to her apartment, it was evident it was very clean, safe, and stylish. She proactively asked for documentation needed in case of emergency which is thoughtful. Throughout my dogs stay I received numerous photos and videos of him being walked or lounging, and he didn’t seem anxious like he usually is in new situations. He stopped eating like I mentioned to her, and she went out to get a different wet food for him which he loved! She also got him a small ball at the same time to try a new toy. I have used more expensive pet boarding services in the past, and decided to try rover to save money. Im glad to say the service provided by Christabel was so personable and comforting I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was in good hands.
Sonya was amazing with our doggie Kylo. This is Kylo’s first time away from home and familiar faces so he was anxious. Sonya made sure to treat him like her own and kept me up to date on his stay. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing sitting services and her doggie also made Kylo feel welcomed.
Moonyoung and Sunhyung took such wonderful care of our dog Nova. From the very begining, they were thoughful, kind and caring. They asked all the right questions and really took the time to understand Nova's needs and personality. They provided daily updates on how Nova was doing along with a few pictures! It was clear they genuienly cared about her and treated her like their own. I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again to care for our girl!
Jordano was wonderful! He sent regular updates on my pup (Doc Holliday) and was very patient and understanding while he adjusted to a new place. Jordano and his mom took exceptional care of Doc and showed him lots of love and attention. They even went above and beyond by giving him a bath and getting him a couple extra toys. All in all, it was a phenomenal experience. Definitely recommend!
Our Australian labradoodle, Finn, had a great stay with Manuel. He was well cared for and enjoyed walks, playtime, and snuggles. We received updates everyday, so we could relax on vacation knowing Finn was safe and happy. We feel very comfortable leaving Finn with Manuel and will certainly use him again.
I honestly can’t recommend Justine enough. From even before I booked with Rover, she was incredibly communicative, transparent, and kind. We were in contact for weeks before Max’s stay, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel completely comfortable. As a first-time Rover user, that meant so much to me. I could tell he felt safe and cared for every single day he was with her. On top of that, I accidentally left some of Max’s belongings at her house, and she even took the time to drive them back to me.
