This was our quick test to make sure our dog (and we) could handle the separation for a short period of time, as a bridge to boarding her for a longer stretch of time. “Te Ana is THE BEST. I can 100% leave my furbaby with her without any questions, concerns or worries. I was running late for my drop off and had a flight to catch in two hours. I asked Te if she can pick up my doggo. She had no issue in accommodating this last minute service. She ensures that the owners are kept informed about their pet’s whereabouts and sends pictures and updates in a timely manner. This is a huge thing as not many dog sitters provide regular updates. She is also prompt in responding to my messages, questions, comments etc. This is the third time I’ve left my doggo with Te and I will continue to do so for the near future.”

Jordy was absolutely amazing with our three babies, Luca, Mia, and Lucy. 🥹❤️ We were so nervous leaving them, especially because we were getting married and then traveling out of state to Puerto Rico, but honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a better sitter. Our girls can be a little shy at first, but the second Jordy brought them home, they felt comfortable, safe, and secure with him. He went completely above and beyond for them and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. He made sure each of them was eating properly, going potty, and getting plenty of love, attention, and affection. He genuinely cared about all three of them individually, and that meant EVERYTHING to us. Knowing our babies were happy and being taken care of allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding and our trip without constantly worrying about them. We are so grateful we found Jordy. He was communicative, attentive, caring, and clearly has such a good heart for animals. We would 110% book with him again and honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their babies. 10/10 doesn’t even feel like enough. I honestly can’t recommend Justine enough. From even before I booked with Rover, she was incredibly communicative, transparent, and kind. We were in contact for weeks before Max’s stay, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel completely comfortable. As a first-time Rover user, that meant so much to me. While I was away in Mexico, I never had to wonder how Max was doing. Justine sent regular updates with photos and videos, and it was obvious from every update that she genuinely cared about him. She didn’t just watch him—she spent time with him, played with him, and gave him so much love and attention. It was clear he wasn’t just another pet to her. When I picked Max up, he was happy, relaxed, well-fed, and acted like he’d been home the whole time. That’s probably the biggest compliment I can give. I could tell he felt safe and cared for every single day he was with her. On top of that, I accidentally left some of Max’s belongings at her house, and she even took the time to drive them back to me. That level of thoughtfulness really says everything about the kind of person she is. This was my first experience using Rover, and because of Justine, it couldn’t have gone better. Andrew took great care of our senior Pitty Sommy, he immediately struck us as very friendly and felt like extended family throughout the whole process. His home is beautiful with a gated yard for plenty of space and grass for our Sommy. Andrew made sure to update us with photos throughout the stay, and made sure Sommy was well taken cared for. We will definitely book with Andrew again, without hesitation.
I appreciate Miss Natalie so much. Such a caring and loving dog sitter. She kept me updated and kept me at ease while I was 3,000 miles away. For my first time leaving my dog with someone I didn't really know,it felt like I was dropping my child off to school for the first day, lol! The good thing about it all as well, is that he came home and acted his regular normal self, there was no change in Behavior! That's how I know that he was comfortable being there and I will definitely use her again!
Klainer took very good care or our Lulu with daily photos and updates. She was always very quick to reply to all my messages. She also followed the various guidelines we gave her to best care for our dog. Between her and her cousin, there was almost always someone at home with Lulu which put us at ease.
