About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My hands-on experience started in 2015 with my cat Mittens (now 10) and my dog Fluffy (also 10), so I understand the long-term care and attention pets need at every stage of life. In addition to caring for my own pets, I worked at an animal hospital for a year and a half, where I gained valuable experience in animal care. This included feeding pets with special diets, following specific care instructions, and supporting animals with different needs. About: I’ve had two dogs! My first dog was a Maltese named Rocky. He passed away in 2017 from lymphoma. 💔 Right now, I have a 9-year-old terrier mix named Lila! She’s full of energy and loves running around the yard, going for walks, and playing fetch with her toys. I’ve been helping take care of my family’s & friends dogs since I was a little girl, and I’ve always loved dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and personalities. 🥰 I’m currently in the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program at FDU. I started in May, and the program is 15 months long, so I’ll be graduating in September 2027.
