About: I have cared for other people's dogs--roommates, friends, neighbors--since childhood, many decades! I've lived with cats, dogs and birds. I said goodbye to my rescue Westie of almost 17 years during 2025, and I’m not ready for another long-term pet commitment yet. I puppy trained her (with trainer) from 4 months and provided senior care for the last few years. I am very patient when meeting new animal souls, allowing them to come to me when they’re ready. I have been taking shelter dogs on Afternoon Adventures and have been successful with helping to train dogs in my care. I am working part time and have a flexible schedule, and now that I'm pet-less, I am available, even on short notice. I have been going on walks/hikes in our beautiful parks (over 2 miles) and would prefer some four-legged company. I had Taylor come walk our dog, Lola, and from the moment they met, Lola gravitated toward her. She immediately felt Taylor’s calm, kind energy , she’s soft-spoken, gentle, and very easy-going. By the time Taylor left, Lola was giving her hugs and kisses! It went so well that I booked her again the very next day for an earlier walk. Molly was amazing with Euro! She came for a meet and greet ahead of time, was always on time for walks, and kept me updated throughout. She even switched out his food when needed. There was an instance where I panicked over him gagging since he wasn’t feeling well, Molly and her husband came right over without hesitation.
