About: I’ve had two dogs! My first dog was a Maltese named Rocky. He passed away in 2017 from lymphoma. 💔 Right now, I have a 9-year-old terrier mix named Lila! She’s full of energy and loves running around the yard, going for walks, and playing fetch with her toys. I’ve been helping take care of my family’s & friends dogs since I was a little girl, and I’ve always loved dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and personalities. 🥰 I’m currently in the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program at FDU. I started in May, and the program is 15 months long, so I’ll be graduating in September 2027. My classes are a mix of online and in-person, but I’m generally available all day on Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays to house sit and available Tuesdays and Thursdays for drop-ins and walks! Whether your dog needs a walk, a trip to the park, someone to play with, or just a buddy to relax with on the couch, I’m happy to help! I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, love, and care while you’re away. Just let me know what you need, and I’d be happy to make it happen. 😊
About: I’m a caring and responsible dog sitter with a genuine love for animals and experience providing attentive, personalized care. I understand that every dog has their own personality, needs, and routine, and I’m dedicated to making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved through walks, playtime, and companionship. Pet sitting fits naturally into my routine because I have a flexible schedule and enjoy spending my time caring for animals. I love being active, attentive, and present, making walks, check-ins, and quality time with pets a rewarding part of my day. I care for pets by creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment while respecting their routines and individual needs. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping pets happy and relaxed through feeding, playtime, walks, clean-up, and plenty of attention. I make sure to follow each owner’s instructions carefully so their pets feel secure and cared for while they’re away.
“Chelsea was very accommodating to our schedule. The meet and greet was very worth it. She made sure my nervous dog was comfortable and followed instructions well. Would love to work with her again!”

“Amazing high-quality service! Took the time to check the weather on the planned walk day and asked me ahead of time if my dog had a rain jacket or if he should bring an umbrella. And he showed up early!!! 1000/10 😍”

About: I originally come from the sunny (and blazing hot) state of Florida! I moved to the greater NYC area in 2014 to pursue a career in the performing arts and I live with my husband in a lovely and charming 1920's apartment building. I've been around so many kinds of animals my whole life. You name it, I have probably owned it as a pet or spent months with them! Some of the pets I've owned include: lizards, cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, ferrets, birds, mice, hamsters and more! I also love cats, but can't own or board due to my husband's allergies - so I get my fix by sharing a little love to strays and taking care of my neighbors furry families! My favorite kinds of dogs are mixes of pit bulls and labs. My husband really loves beagles and hounds. I'm in theatre so my schedule can vary from season to season, but someone is almost always home with our furry friends. We try very hard to make sure they feel loved, socialized, and engaged while here (unless they'd rather just lay around haha). I require meet and greets with new clients before all stays to ensure the pup would be comfortable in my home. During that time we discuss what your pup needs and what we are able to provide. Feel free to ask any questions!
About: Hi! I am Mirielle and I started dog sitting 2 years ago and I have been sharing a cat with my sister for about 4 years. My older sister has a dog that I would take care of from time to time. Please give me a heads up beforehand! I would happily send pictures of your cat or dog cuddling and playing with me! I am also willing to do other minor responsibilities at your home such as watering plants.
About: I have taken care of all types of pets for 7 years. I have been taking care of dogs for 2 years. I love all! I am available part time for dog care. Nights are more easier to accept due to my work schedule as a therapist. Let me know and I can work with you! I have a doggy park. I have cages if a dog wants a lone time from other dogs/pets. I have a balcony if it is raining for air and sun. I am available before 7 and after 4:30 usually for drop off on weekdays. I am flexible on weekends. We can accommodate times if told in advance. There is a fenced dog park across the street. The dogs slept separately all day besides during play time. We have cameras inside the house and outside the front door.

Marissa has been absolutely amazing with my dog. She’s reliable, communicative, and clearly loves animals. I always feel at ease knowing my pup is in such caring hands, and it’s obvious my dog is excited to see her every time. Marissa goes above and beyond with updates, photos, and making sure my dog gets plenty of attention and exercise. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate walker!

E has been a fantastic dog walker for my dog, Zholbarys. He took the time to understand his personality and quickly built a great bond with him. Zholbarys always comes back happy and well-exercised. E is reliable, communicative, and clearly cares about the dogs he works with. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive dog walker.

Emma was absolutely fantastic!! Very communicative and very good with Keane who is a French bulldog and often has a mind of his own. They established a wonderful rapport and the dog was so happy to see her every time she arrived to walk him. I would highly recommend her.
I had Taylor come walk our dog, Lola, and from the moment they met, Lola gravitated toward her. She immediately felt Taylor’s calm, kind energy , she’s soft-spoken, gentle, and very easy-going. By the time Taylor left, Lola was giving her hugs and kisses! It went so well that I booked her again the very next day for an earlier walk. Taylor was on time, super communicative, and Lola actually cried with excitement when she saw her again. We’re so happy to have potentially found our go-to dog walker!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
