About: Hey! I’m Connor. I'm a Firefighter/EMT with pet CPR and First Aid certification. I live in my own home in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a large, securely fenced backyard. Both the house and yard were recently redone, so everything is safe, clean, and ready for your pet. During meals, all dogs are separated, and the home is kept neat, hazard-free, and even safe for those expert counter surfers! The space can also be easily divided if dogs need a little personal time. If you're looking for someone responsible and experienced who can handle whatever situations pets throw your way - you've found the right person. The two priorities for your dog's stay will be safety and plenty of photo and video updates so you always know they're doing great! I live with my yellow Lab, Kygo. He's super friendly, loves to play with all our visitors, and knows when to give space if another dog needs it. My cousin Patrick also lives here, so there's always someone home to keep an eye on your pup. I've raised many well-trained dogs over the years, mostly Labs, using positive reinforcement and lots of patience instead of harsh discipline. I have been watching dogs for many years now and I'm also well aware of the curveballs watching dogs can throw at you. As a firefighter I'm always over the top careful about things and it's no different when it comes to my dogs. So if any medical issues or situations pop up I'll be sure to have vet and medical info from you in advance so we can make sure your dog is taken care of. I am very familiar with the 24/7 vets in the area and their different specialties should something require immediate attention. I'll do my best to keep your dog's routine as close to home as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special instructions. There are plenty of supervised group play sessions in the backyard, balanced with time to relax indoors. I'll make sure you're always kept up to date by sending plenty of pictures and updates, and I always respond promptly to texts and calls. I know it's nervewracking leaving your pet with a new person, so feel free to stop by the house to meet Kygo and me and see the yard. Looking forward to working with you and meeting your pet! I am often available for last minute bookings as well as weekends and holidays. So if the need arises so feel free to put in any last minute or holiday requests. Pets are always fed, given water, and walked and any special instructions provided by owner are taken care of. Directions always clarified to make sure we're on same page. Have worked with plenty of dogs with allergies and preventive measures taken with dogs that require extra attention!

About: I’ve had two dogs! My first dog was a Maltese named Rocky. He passed away in 2017 from lymphoma. 💔 Right now, I have a 9-year-old terrier mix named Lila! She’s full of energy and loves running around the yard, going for walks, and playing fetch with her toys. I’ve been helping take care of my family’s & friends dogs since I was a little girl, and I’ve always loved dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and personalities. 🥰 I’m currently in the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program at FDU. I started in May, and the program is 15 months long, so I’ll be graduating in September 2027. My classes are a mix of online and in-person, but I’m generally available all day on Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays to house sit and available Tuesdays and Thursdays for drop-ins and walks! Whether your dog needs a walk, a trip to the park, someone to play with, or just a buddy to relax with on the couch, I’m happy to help! About: I've been the go-to catsitter among my family and friends since elementary school ! I've worked with indoor cats, outdoor cats, spicy cats, and kittens. I can adjust to your cat's every need ! Though I've mainly cared for cats, I also have experience with more exotic pets like fish, geckos, and tarantulas. I have a 30gal fish tank of my own ! I don't have another job at the moment, so I am available at any time. I will update days of unavailability as soon as possible. I'm very patient so if your pet isn't very trusting of new people, that's okay ! On the flipside, if your pet wants a friend then I can stick around !

About: Having an extensive background in working with dogs, I spent several years as a dog walker, starting in 2015 and continuing until the onset of the pandemic in March 2020. During this time, I had the opportunity to walk dogs in various locations throughout Jersey City and Hoboken, and also provided doggy day care services. Despite my long-standing involvement in dog walking and sitting, it was only this year that my boyfriend and I made the decision to welcome a puppy into our lives. Our beloved companion, Luffy, is a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog who brings immense joy and pride to my heart. His presence has deepened my compassion for animals, as I am reminded that not every pet is fortunate enough to find a loving home. Throughout my dog walking experiences, I encountered numerous rescue dogs who were still adjusting to their new surroundings. It is through acts of love and patience that these animals can find solace and comfort. My job as a membership coordinator at the Summit Area YMCA offers me great flexibility. I start my day early, opening the YMCA at 3am every morning. My shift typically ends at 2pm, with a one-hour break in between. This schedule allows me to enjoy morning walks as well as afternoon walks. I am fortunate to reside in a beautiful home in Plainfield, which boasts a spacious outdoor area with ample greenery. Additionally, I also offer dog boarding services. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to bring dogs to the dog park, allowing them the freedom to run and play. However, I also devote my attention to the well-being of older dogs who simply require a leisurely stroll around the front yard.
