Matthew took such good care of Noel and treated her like his own pet. You can tell he truly loves and cares for animals. He was so gentle and patient with her, especially with her anxiety. I noticed Noel had a better transition with Matthew than she had with any other sitter I have used in the past which says a lot about his character and the care he gives animals. 100% would use him again in the future. Could not recommend nor say enough nice things about Caren. Our dog Bailey stayed with her — she went above and beyond to make us and Bailey comfortable prior to the stay, and during sent updates daily with photos and assured Baileys comfort.
