My dog recently passed and I deeply miss his companionship and would like to give back to the local community so If you would me to take your dog for a walk please let me know. I currently work from home and have pockets of time through out each day to take a dog for a walk. Please let me know if you need more than one walk each day. I will always keep your dog on a leash. I will only take your dog or dogs with me on a walk, I will not combine with other dogs.

About: Hi, I'm Xiomara and currently live in the Chatham, NJ area. I'm a huge lover of pets and have had many growing up and continuing over the years into adulthood. I currently have one cat at home, who is almost 14 years old and at times help take care of my family's Shih Tzu. Our previous family dog had diabetes, so I have experience administering medication should that be necessary. I love dogs and cats, whether they are young or old equally, and you can trust your pet will get the best treatment from me. I work from home with a pretty flexible schedule, so I'll have time to play with your fur babies and am available any day you may need. My home is smoke free, one level and has just enough space for your pet to run around safely. My cat will also be around to keep them company.

About: I happened to work as Sales & Social Media Coordinater for a dog training school a few years back, and that experience changed my whole outlook on how we care for our pets! The dog trainers I created content for taught me about positive reinforcement and reward-based methods in the process. Since moving to a different field I’ve used those skills to handle, walk, and petsit every animal from bearded dragons to cats on the side in a way that’s fun for everyone involved. Animals are my happy place & I’d love to share that joy with your family! I work 9AM to 6:15PM most days, so I am the perfect candidate for your morning and evening walks as well as overnight stays! I can do afternoon Drop-Ins for Short Hills/Essex County residents as well. It’s also no problem for me to house-sit and care for your home as gently as your pets! About: My partner and I have been dog sitting for five years. Prior to that, we both grew up with family dogs and are very familiar and comfortable with a wide variety of dogs and breeds. We are incredibly enthusiastic, loving, and kind towards all animals. A stay with us if fun for your pet and for us! We love going on walks, and we live in a very dog-friendly apartment complex/neighborhood. We hope you’ll have your furry friend come stay with us! I am dog-sitting full time and my wife, Kayla, works remotely from home most days. Together we give your dogs the utmost care and attention. Attentiveness is the most important thing for us when with pets. In our home, we make sure that we can see the dog playing at all times. We put items away that are not dog-friendly, and we clear out space for playing and downtime. On walks, we are always attentive to the dog and how they behave and interact with other people, dogs and other animals in the neighborhood. A stay with us is always fun for the dog, but we like to make sure that your pet is safe and cared for. We also value communication. You putting your pet in our care while you are away, and we understand the trust that it takes to leave a member of your family with us. We give as many updates as you’d like via messenger and numerous photos or videos throughout the day. We are always reachable and willing to let you know how your dog’s stay is going. I’m currently working remotely. I tutor part-time from home, but I’m almost always home and I make pet sitting a priority. I used to be a teaching assistant, so I am very reliable and used to being responsible for others’ loved ones. I live in a very safe apartment complex. The buildings look like town homes, it is away from the main roads, and the complex Is pet friendly with lots of grass areas for your little guy or girl to do their business. It’s a wonderful welcoming community. I have my own entrance to my apartment and all the dogs in the community are wonderful.

About: I’ve been taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I always had love for dogs in all sizes and their different personalities. Since having a dog on my own last year I’ve learned to practice training and grooming all by myself. I love to spend lots of time to make sure our furry friends stays healthy and happy with full attention and care. I am currently full time at home which I spend most the time with my dog. About: As a speech therapist for 10 months out of the year, I primarily work with children and enjoy spending summers outdoors with my own dog, Cooper. I have 10 years of experience pet sitting and dog walking, through Rover as well as for friends and neighbors. I am comfortable maintaining your dog’s training and walking routines to ensure safe, fun walks together! (Cooper will stay at home, he is a whole lot of 100 lbs and receives his own walks. He does not resource guard and has never been a bite risk). I’m looking to dog walk and/or dog sit in the summer, when I am off from my public school job. This would be during the months of July and August, but depending on the hour I can be available before July (after 4:30 pm). During the summer I have a very flexible schedule. I have a fenced in yard and a split level home. I can keep our dogs separate or introduce them depending on your preference and whether they can acclimate (Cooper is a big boy but docile and friendly).
