Experienced Pet Groomer and Sitter
I have been taking care of and pet sitting animals, whether it be my own, my family’s or friends basically my whole life. More recently, I have been involved with The Seeing Eye since 2018, as a puppy sitter as well as a volunteer Puppy Raiser, and I have been bathing and grooming dogs professionally since early 2021, working with little puppies for their first grooms all the way up to senior dogs who need a little more love and patience during the grooming process. I have several years of experience working with puppies on basic obedience, and potty training. In addition, I have a 6 year old german shepherd who I have raised and trained myself who I love with my whole heart.

I do not pet sit in my own home, as I live in a small apartment. However, I would be more than happy to stay over a clients home if needed!

Kayla was wonderful! She was attentive , communicative, and so kind. Our dog looked so happy in every picture that she sent . We felt that our dog was safe and well loved while we were gone. Kayla was clean and very respectful of our house during her stay.
Our dog, Harley, had a great walk! She is wiped out. Kayla came early and had no problems walking our strong dog. She took her all around the neighborhood and stopped at a park. Harley was so excited to see her and came back home with a huge smile!
Kayla is the biggest dog lover I know. I’ve seen her treat every dog she watches as if they were her child. She is very passionate about animals and is a stellar dog mom. Kayla is a natural animal caregiver and ensures that every dog and cat is happy!

Schedule
I currently work 5 days a week as a groomer, however my schedule can be flexible. I am available most nights after 6 pm and all day Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

- Please let me know if your dog is reactive to other dogs or people. My own dog is reactive so I understand that some pets need a little space or a quieter environment on their walks and activities. In addition, please let me know if they have any other health or behavioral concerns so I can best prepare in advance. If your dog has any allergies to certain foods or needs to only eat their own treats, let me know as well!
