Your Pet’s favorite getaway
My partner and I have been dog sitting for five years. Prior to that, we both grew up with family dogs and are very familiar and comfortable with a wide variety of dogs and breeds. We are incredibly enthusiastic, loving, and kind towards all animals. A stay with us if fun for your pet and for us! We love going on walks, and we live in a very dog-friendly apartment complex/neighborhood. We hope you’ll have your furry friend come stay with us! I am dog-sitting full time and my wife, Kayla, works remotely from home most days. Together we give your dogs the utmost care and attention. Attentiveness is the most important thing for us when with pets. In our home, we make sure that we can see the dog playing at all times. We put items away that are not dog-friendly, and we clear out space for playing and downtime. On walks, we are always attentive to the dog and how they behave and interact with other people, dogs and other animals in the neighborhood. A stay with us is always fun for the dog, but we like to make sure that your pet is safe and cared for. We also value communication. You putting your pet in our care while you are away, and we understand the trust that it takes to leave a member of your family with us. We give as many updates as you’d like via messenger and numerous photos or videos throughout the day. We are always reachable and willing to let you know how your dog’s stay is going.

Vanessa and Kayla were amazing! They took such great care of our dog Biscotti and sent us so many updates and photos while we were away, which we really appreciated. It made us feel so much better knowing she was in such good hands. We would definitely use them again!

Vanessa was amazing. I was leaving my dog with a non-family sitter for the first time, and as soon as I spoke with her, I knew my dog was in capable hands. She has extensive knowledge of dog needs. My dog is blind and requires insulin injections. Vanessa was able to describe how medication is applied. She sent me texts and photos of my dog throughout the day. Without a doubt, I would like Vanessa to look after my dog once more.
Vanessa took great care of our dog. Piper enjoyed her stay! We received updates and photos daily. She knew how to manage my dog’s temperament with certain people and my dog ate well while we were away. I highly recommend Vanessa as a dog sitter and would have her stay with her again.
Vanessa and her partner took great care of Zuma. They were very communicative and sent us regular updates and photos. Zuma also had the best time! We will definitely be booking them again
Vanessa and Kayla have been such a blessing to find. My frenchie took to them and their pup Nolan after the first meet which was comforting to see! They communicate often through his stay, with cute pictures and updates and spoil him with attention. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable stay for their pet, and will allow for your mind to be at ease.

Schedule
I’m currently working remotely. I tutor part-time from home, but I’m almost always home and I make pet sitting a priority. I used to be a teaching assistant, so I am very reliable and used to being responsible for others’ loved ones.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a very safe apartment complex. The buildings look like town homes, it is away from the main roads, and the complex Is pet friendly with lots of grass areas for your little guy or girl to do their business. It’s a wonderful welcoming community. I have my own entrance to my apartment and all the dogs in the community are wonderful.
A typical day
I’ll take your pet on multiple walks and play with them as much as possible. Lots of cuddles are the best for your fur baby and me! Treats that you provide and lots of love and care.

- Please let me know if your dog has any special needs I need to be aware of. Does he/she have any allergies? How does your dog get along with others? Does your dog like any special treats, toys or games? I also always recommend providing us with food, a bed, blankets, a crate (if applicable), water and food bowls, treats, and toys for your dog. If you forget anything, don’t worry! I always have extras, but I want your dog to feel as comfortable as possible, and having items familiar and from home always helps while away.
