About: Hello! My name is Kiana, and I'm a 30 year old pet lover with a 3 year old daughter. After recently losing my beloved Shiba Inu, Phoenix, on July 20, 2024, I’ve felt the absence of my furry friend deeply. However, I am excited to return to dog walking and reconnect with the wonderful dogs and their owners I’ve missed so much. Growing up surrounded by a variety of pets, including rabbits, fish, dogs, cats, and birds, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for animals. My previous dog, Cocoa, a Shih Tzu, lived a joyful 14 years, and I cared for two parakeets, Aqua and Flora, until we lost them after Hurricane Sandy. About: I currently work at a grooming salon, which has given me hands on experience with dogs of all sizes and every breed also certified in Pet CPR and first aid. I’ve also cared for my own dogs since I was like 9, so being responsible for pets and loving them has always been a part of my life. I currently go to college Monday, Wednesday and Friday but for certain hours. I also have a part-time job but only at night usually 4-10. I spend my full attention on the pet, mostly if playing in the backyard. When walking the pet I also have my full attention on them in every since, like if it was my own dog!

About: I have several years of hands-on experience with dogs of all ages and breeds. I’m comfortable with daily walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and administering oral medications when needed. I make sure pets feel comfortable and loved while their owners are away, keeping routines consistent and sending regular updates and photos Your dog will be my top priority throughout my time with them. I am currently doing Rover full time and taking care of your puppy will be my sole and only responsibility when boarded. When caring for pets, my top priorities are safety, comfort, and consistency with their regular routines. In my home, I provide a calm and secure environment with plenty of space for play, rest, and affection. I make sure pets have fresh water, nutritious meals according to their dietary needs, and regular exercise suited to their age and energy level. I also have a huge backyard providing dogs with space to run freely and get some exercise in if needed. (other than routine walks) When I’m in a client’s home, I follow their instructions carefully to maintain the pet’s normal schedule and minimize stress. I keep their environment clean, provide companionship, and pay close attention to any changes in behavior or health. About: I've been pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. Apart from my current two dogs, I've also raised three previous dogs from being a puppy into their senior years. I'm a firm believer in positive reinforcement training, every dog deserves the utmost love and care. I own my own business and set my own hours so I can accommodate anyone's pet care needs. I'm fine with short notice requests and can work with anyone's schedule! I have two dogs that can run around freely in my fenced in backyard. They each get at least two solo shorter walks (about 15 minutes around the park we live next to) per day and an additional longer walk (around 45-60 minutes) once my girlfriend gets home from work where we walk both together.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was very young, growing up with them since I was about 2 years old, and I started actively caring for them on my own at 12. I have experience with many different breeds, from German Shepherds to Yorkshire Terriers, which has helped me understand different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I currently have a well-trained Border Collie and a very sweet cat, so I’m very comfortable caring for both dogs and cats. I’m patient, reliable, and truly love spending time with animals, always making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. My schedule is very flexible! I take dogs to parks, interesting walks, and even the beach if authorized. I have my own transportation with no additional costs. I wake up at 7am for the first walk: 1.5 hours. After that, breakfast time. Second walk around 1 hour after they finish eating. I work while they explore the house freely. Lunch followed by a long walk (2-2.5 hours) to parks or different locations. Dinner and two evening walks (7-8pm and 10pm). Your dog is welcome to sleep in my bed or use their own bed, whatever they prefer—I adapt to their comfort and routine.

I am a contract event producer with Tribeca film festival and sofar sounds, so i have plenty of time throughout the year to give your pet the attention they need. I always ask for a trial meeting with the pet parents and their fur-baby to to ask questions, and get a sense of what a normal day looks like in the home. I also ask that all parents document as much about their pet, and their home as possible so that I can be ready for any eventuality.

About: Cant think of time where I haven’t been around a dog. Growing up there was always dogs in the house. It comes easy to me. For my 2 dogs it starts at 345am with their first walk before I head to the gym. There 2nd walk comes at 8am before I start work then again at 2pm for a quick lunch break and their last 2 walks come at 5 and 930pm before settling down for the night. In between all the walking they’ll get breakfast and dinner and some naps. Meet and greet is important along with getting to know the pets needs and routines. Along with likes and dislikes. Knowing what the pet parents wants and expects from visits or boarding.
