About: Hi! I’m a dedicated and experienced pet caregiver with over 10+ years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and needs. From energetic pups who love long walks and playtime, to senior dogs who need extra patience, medication, and gentle care—I’ve done it all. I’ve built my own dog sitting and walking business over the years, and I truly treat every pet like they’re my own. Whether it’s sticking to routines, giving lots of cuddles, or making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable while you’re away, I’ve got you covered. ✨ Experience includes: • Dog walking & drop-ins (30–60 mins) • Overnight stays in your home • Administering medication • Caring for puppies & senior dogs • Feeding, playtime, and lots of love I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and attentive—so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away. Your pet’s happiness and safety are always my top priority 💛 Let’s set up a meet & greet—I can’t wait to meet your furry best friend! I work remotely every other week, which means more time at home for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and extra attention 💛 Even on my in-office weeks, I stay consistent and reliable—your pet’s routine always comes first! I have always loved animals ever since I could remember, especially dogs. Whenever I care for other dogs, its always a pleasure. I have fenced yard and I am located near a close dog park to make sure your fur babies are staying active. I also have a dog myself that can keep your dogs company.

About: I always take into account the priorities of the pet owner to ensure that I give the best care to their pets. I want to provide the best care for them so I ask detailed questions. That way the pets are getting the best care possible! I am currently in grad school full time and not working, so this will be my only other priority. I can be flexible as long as I have a day's worth of notice I ask detailed questions in order to ensure that I take care of the pets as per the owner's request. That way both of us are on the same page.
About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life and have experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets. I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter, where I cared for a variety of dogs and cats with different personalities and needs. I’m patient, attentive, and love getting to know each pet and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for! I’m primarily available Thursday through Sunday, with a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to each pet. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and companionship throughout the day, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s usual routine. When caring for pets in their home, I focus on keeping them comfortable and maintaining their normal routine. I follow each pet parent’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medication, and any special care needs. I also make sure their environment stays safe and secure while giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and affection.

About: I have hands‑on experience caring for dogs both as an owner and through my work at a pet daycare. I’m skilled in providing daily essentials such as feeding, fresh water, medication administration, and structured walks. I also support general training by reinforcing good habits, maintaining routines, and creating a positive, engaging environment. My calm, reliable approach helps dogs feel secure, stimulated, and well‑cared‑for in any setting. I build their care into the natural rhythm of my day. Before school, I handle feeding, fresh water, and a quick walk or check‑in, and after work I have plenty of time for exercise, training, and attention. Weekends give me longer stretches for enrichment and bonding, so they get steady care throughout the week. I keep pets safe by maintaining a clean, secure environment and following their specific routines and care instructions. In a client’s home, I respect their space and keep pets comfortable by sticking to familiar rules and daily habits. In my own home, I provide supervised play, proper enrichment, and a calm atmosphere so pets feel relaxed and well‑cared‑for.

About: I’ve been around and taking care of dogs since I was really young, I have 0 problem handling reactive dogs and 0 preference of breeds. I’m also volunteering in the Newark Shelter (AHS) I work full time office hours mon-fri, I can arrange play dates/walks on week days after 5pm and sleepover in my place on weekends I live in a studio so when the doggies are with me they can just freely hang out in my space having also the willingness of 3+ walks a day to explore the park and surrounding areas.
About: What sets me apart is my ability to be both caring and dependable in moments that require real attentiveness—something I’ve developed through years of working in community programs, internships, and leadership roles. Whether I was leading a team project, supporting a friend, or organizing events through my cycling club, I’ve always been someone who shows up fully and handles responsibility with care. I bring that same energy to pet care—tuning into each animal’s needs, whether it’s keeping up with an energetic puppy or being patient with a senior pet. I’m calm, communicative, and take pride in making both pets and their owners feel secure and understood. As a recent grad preparing for law school and transitioning into the workforce, my schedule is relatively flexible—especially during the weekdays. Pet care has been a grounding and fulfilling part of my routine. It gives me the chance to stay active, present, and connected in a meaningful way while balancing studying and professional goals. I genuinely enjoy the rhythm of it, and I treat every booking with the same level of care and responsibility I bring to my academic and work commitments. Whether I’m in my home or yours, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I love making sure everyone—pets and people—feels comfortable, safe, and at ease. That’s something I’ve really practiced through leading Catching Wind, the cycling and wellness club I started in college. Creating a space where people felt welcomed, supported, and looked after—whether they were riding for the first time or just needed community—taught me a lot about patience, attentiveness, and how to care for different needs. I bring that same approach to pet care. I listen closely, follow instructions, respect your space, and aim to create an environment where your pet feels loved, relaxed, and understood.
About: I’ve always taken care of cats and dogs growing up and I love to volunteer as well. I’m quite adaptable to surprises and I love all animals. I’m currently working part time so I will be able to care for pets in the morning time. I enjoy early walks and I myself have a cat so I do care for pets every day. I follow instructions quite well and have no problem assisting your pet into a crate if that is the preference. I am also well informed on foods that can be hazardous and will make sure they are not around.
“Bianca was great! Our two cats loved her and were very well taken care of in our absence. Bianca was very communicative, made sure to take lots of pictures and made sure the litter box was super clean! Highly recommend Bianca!!”

About: Hello, and welcome to my profile! My name is Kim, and I’m a proud dog owner to my 3-year-old Goldendoodle, Oliver, who is absolutely my world. I love and care about all kinds of animals, and I have so much love to share with other dogs. Being a dog owner has taught me a great deal of patience and has given me valuable experience in providing proper animal care. Working at a pet store has also helped me expand my knowledge and experience with animals. I currently work as a veterinary assistant, and I previously worked as a dog walker for a private business for four years. I have a special place in my heart for animals because I truly believe they deserve love, care, respect, and compassion, just like we do. It breaks my heart to see animals neglected, and if I had the money and space, I would save every animal I could! I’m excited to meet your furry friends and give them the same love and care I give my own Oliver! 🐾❤️
“Joni is just amazing!! Our pup Milo loves Joni. She walks Milo 3 days a week and helps us out in a pinch. We get great updates from her. She’s helped Milo learn how to go on little bike runs with her and tires our little boy out when needed! She’s also so patient with Milo. We love her and recommend her for all your puppy needs :))))”

“Amber is the best! She takes very good care of our girl and I love receiving her pics from their walks. I feel so good knowing that our pup is in Amber’s care. Communication is on point as well.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hillside
Jullien has been phenomenal with our dogs Annie and Lucy. We trust him in our home and with our fur babies. He provides thorough Rover cards with beautiful photos and he's communicative and organized. We would recommend Jullien to anyone who would like to have their pets well cared for and safe.

I was in search of a trust worthy and reliable dog sitter and lucky Rover sent Lexy and I Akshay! Super friendly, flexible, and reliable. The most important factor is that Lexy feels comfortable and safe with him! We look forward to many more walks and home stays.

It is our second time booking with Sara and we feel so lucky to have found her. She is wonderful with our pup, she updates and submits a card at each visit and sends us lots of pictures. We came home to a happy puppy! We highly recommend Sara! Don't hesitate, she is the very best!

Amazing communication let’s start with that! Naomi has been great with communicating with us via the app and giving us updates while she’s spending time with our new puppy cali! She gives us tips and tricks on training cali and answers any questions we may have since we are new dog owners. Naomi is great and we’ll definitely be booking her again!

Cristian and Anderson have been great! We recently moved nearby, and our dog can be reactive with anyone she doesn't know (a rescue dog), and she takes some meet and greets to get comfortable with new folks. Both Cristian and Anderson made time to meet with us, and after another greeting, our dog became very excited and happy to see them! Since then, they have helped us with taking Nyla out for walks when we are at work. They are prompt, send pictures of their walk, and provide a report card of how the walk went. They have been reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them, and we will definitely continue booking them!

Kethely is such a sweetheart and was amazing with our baby pomsky! She was such a big help when we needed someone for drop in visits while on vacation. She always sends daily videos and pictures so that we were constantly updated on how our puppy was doing, and it gave us peace of mind knowing the good care our fur baby was in. We would definitely rebook with her and highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable caring pet sitter!

Joanne was AMAZING with our lil ones. We never had someone come over to take care of them other than close family, so we were a little worried but Joanne gave us the confidence with excellent communication, always on time and sending us pictures. Thanks to her we were able to enjoy our vacation! We appreciate it so much. We will definitely be booking again. Super highly recommended!

Bianca was amazing while my husband and I were away! She was so prompt and followed all our instructions perfectly. She also showed us so much love, care, and patience, especially with our three dachshunds—especially our little guy, who was a bit anxious and timid at first. Dachshunds, especially three, can be a bit of a challenge and can get a little chaotic, but she handled all three with such compassion. She even offered some alternative options when scheduling conflicts came up. Thanks again, Bianca! We’re already looking forward to booking with you again :)

Paula was responsive and responsible during the booking and meeting process. I have a 12 week old poodle. He has lots of unbridled puppy energy. he is really just learning how to walk on a leash.. Paula was very patient getting the leash and harness on him as well as walking him. I do appreciate that. I would recommend Paula and I would use her for future walks once my dog matures thank you.👍🏽🙌🏽🙏
Veronica took care of our dog while we went to Paris. We ended up getting stuck in Paris two extra days because of the blizzard that hit the northeast. Veronica took our dog to her place so she could make sure she was okay during the storm. She went far beyond what we expected of her. I cannot recommend her enough. Your pet will be in excellent hands with Veronica!
Hazel is incredibly reliable. Every year our walker goes on vacation for a month. For the past three years we’ve been able to rely on Hazel to step in & take care of our furbaby, who can be super anxious. Hazel is attentive, communicative, patient kind and gentle with our Mona & we are so grateful.

Ashley did stop in visits and walks several times a day for 5 days while I was away and I felt so at ease knowing she was going to be taking care of my furr babies. She is so patient, loving and affectionate with them they love her presence. I am so happy I have found such an amazing sitter who I can count on. I would recommend her if you are looking for a sitter!
