When I picked her up, Pebbles was happy, safe, and perfectly fine. Communication was amazing throughout the stay. She sent me photos and updates, let me know that Pebbles ate, took her out to pee, and even told me when she had a little accident which she was so understanding and reassuring about. She boarded my Miniature Schnauzer, Mikey, for a few days while I was away, and she truly exceeded every expectation. From day one, her friendly and welcoming nature put my mind completely at ease. She kept me updated throughout the stay with regular texts, pictures, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear right from the start how kind, loving, and attentive she is with animals. Honestly, I couldn't ask for anyone better. By the end of the experience, it felt like a family member had taken care of my dog. I would highly recommend Megany. It’s the first time that we have left them with someone else and we could not have asked for a better person to take care of our doggies.
