While I was away, Akshay was consistently responsive and communicative, which gave me real peace of mind. Joanne was wonderful with my dog. My dog is a bit anxious and doesn't typically do well with new people but he did amazing! She sent pictures and updates throughout the stay. We had a slight hiccup in our trip and Joanne was very accommodating! I am happy to have booked with her!
Caroline was amazing! So kind and friendly. Pogo went for a visit to meet the pack and on the day of his stay he was so eager for her to open the door. When she took him by his leash he walked off and never looked back. She has a large fenced in yard with plenty of grass for the dogs to run around and have a sniffing feast. Will definitely use again when I come back in town!
This was my first experience at pet boarding, and it was phenomenal. Rosario took great care of my Frenchie for the 8 days I was away, and she kept me updated with pictures and videos. Veronica is absolutely incredible! She took such wonderful care of Tasha and truly went above and beyond. When Tasha was feeling a bit down and lost her appetite, Veronica didn't just ignore it—she actually went out and bought special food to encourage her to eat and spent extra time cheering her up.
