She treated Zeus like he was part of her own family, and that level of care made all the difference. Zeus is a sensitive dog. He’s usually very shy, doesn’t warm up to strangers easily, and struggles with separation anxiety. He’s also not the most social when it comes to other animals. But somehow, Angie managed to connect with him. Within just a few days, I could see a shift. He looked relaxed, at ease, and even comfortable hanging around her cats, which is a first.
