He sleeps out in the open which shows he is comfortable and lets the family play with him and rub his belly which he rarely allows. Jacqueline shares numerous videos pictures and text updates. My guy is actually adjusting coming back home; I’m not sure he was ready to leave his vacation! It’s just he and I so now I feel bad he left all of his friends at Jacqueline’s house! She and her family are truly wonderful people and take very good care of my cat. Thank you, so much, for taking care of my little turkey!”

“I had such a great experience with Ming, her husband, and two lovely dogs. As the first time working with Ming, I wondered if my dog would work well with them or they would be happy with my dog, Oliver. After more than 10 days of boarding Oliver with Ming, I realized that I sent Oliver to a sort of luxurious doggy retreat. Oliver came back more energetic and cuddly showing signs that he was truly loved by Ming and her family members. Ming has a lovely backyard as well as a private bedroom for a dog, and a small doggy tent where your dog can rest. For a second, I thought Oliver might want to stay longer with them!! I would highly recommend Ming to anyone who would need to board a dog!!”

Jacqueline was an excellent service provider. She communicated every step of the way, making me feel comfortable using the app for the first time. She provided regular updates throughout the days about my dog’s activities. She adhered to his eating schedule meticulously and was available last minute. She was also a very kind and pleasant person. Her home had ample space, and it was perfectly set up for dogs, children, and her family. The family was also very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend her services. I would give her a perfect score of 10 out of 10.
Lorraine was super understanding and knew exactly what to do when my dog was having a hard time adjusting due to separation anxiety. She kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Since my dog was in a new environment, I was worried at first, but Lorraine was patient, caring, and very experienced. Thanks to her, my dog was able to settle in comfortably and felt safe. I highly recommend Lorraine to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for their pet.
Taina was a great sitter for my Teddy. He’s a bit of a Velcro dog, but she made him feel safe and he looked genuinely happy to be there. I also like a lot of pics and vids when he’s away, and she did a great job with that as well. I would rebook her in a heartbeat!
Sharon did a great job watching my dog! She was very attentive and made sure to follow all the care instructions. She also sent regular updates and let me know how everything was going, which made me feel really at ease while I was away. I could tell my dog was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend her and would be happy to book with her again!
William and his family have been so kind and wonderful with Oslo, our Lab mix. 5 stars doesn't seem like enough when reviewing Noelle and her family. I could never have asked for a more loving family to watch our baby Winston. They are the kindest, animal loving people, who went above and beyond for 3 days. They baked him dog treats, sent so many cute pictures and videos, took him out on long walks, gave him toys and played with him all weekend. It was his version of a 5 star resort with all the amenities. When we picked him up I wasn't sure he was going to come with us (lol) he looked so content and happy! There is nobody else i would rather leave Winston with. Thank you so so much!!
