“Lucas and Katherine took amazing care of our dog Cali while we were on vacation. This was the first time we've had Cali stay with someone she doesn't know and it went so smoothly. Lucas and Katherine truly treated Cali as their own dog while she was there - she got lots of love and cuddles on the couch, all of her walks and they let her sleep in bed with them!! They sent a ton of pictures that made me feel at ease and kept me up to date on their activities throughout the stay! We need more than five stars to show how satisfied we are with Stacia. She is top tier and was that from the beginning. We are new pawrents who love to travel. Everyone questioned us when we got Rafi. Since we, we got him we curtailed our travel because we didn’t trust just anyone with him. He’s out baby. Then someone told us about Rover. Stacia stood out with her repeat customers and positive reviews. Very anxious, We took a chance. She was our first and only meet and greet. Leaving your dog with someone while traveling internationally can be stressful, but from the moment we met Stacia felt completely at ease — and she exceeded every expectation. During our trip to away, she cared for Rafi in her home as if he were her own. From the initial meet-and-greet, it was obvious there was an instant connection between them, and that comfort only grew throughout his stay. She sent thoughtful updates, pictures, and videos twice a day, which truly helped us relax and enjoy our trip knowing Rafi was happy, safe, and loved. When we picked him up, it was clear how much genuine affection she had developed for him. Seeing her hugging and loving on Rafi confirmed everything we already felt — that he had been in exceptional hands. Her communication, warmth, attentiveness, and overall care were phenomenal. We are beyond grateful and would absolutely trust her with Rafi again. Highly, highly recommend!
Yanina, and her family treated her like she was already part of their family. They were especially understanding when we had to drop our dog off later than our initial time. She sent us pics during our vacation and updated us. I was relieved that they had a fenced in yard because dalmations love to run. We picked up our fur baby in great shape. Victor and Lessly did a fantastic job taking care of our dog while we were away for a long weekend. It was clear that they treated him like family and he was well loved and entertained. We really appreciated the regular photos and updates about his day, and that they were extremely responsive. This was Langston’s second stay with Sharon, and from the moment we arrived, I knew he was excited—he literally dragged me to her front door! Sharon is amazing and sent frequent videos every day, which I truly appreciated. I was completely at peace while out of the country knowing my little fur baby was in such great hands.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Shandy! My puppy stayed for 3 nights, and I was so impressed with the care, love, and attention given. From the start, communication was excellent, and I felt completely at ease leaving my pup in such capable hands. She went above and beyond to make sure my puppy was comfortable, safe, and happy. I received updates, videos and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. When she dropped off my puppy, I could tell she had been well cared for and loved—happy, relaxed, and even better with her routines.
