I have over 20 years of experience caring for dogs, and I know every dog adjusts differently to a new environment. I take a gradual approach—allowing your dog to settle in, whether that’s 30 minutes or a few hours—before introducing them to my dogs. I use treats, affection, and trust-building to help your dog feel safe. Once they’re relaxed, I introduce them—leading to a calm and positive interaction.

Primavera was absolutely amazing with Max! From the moment she started caring for him, I could tell how much she genuinely cared about making sure he felt comfortable, safe, and loved. She took the time to get to know Max, understand his personality, routines, and needs, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. One thing I especially appreciated was how communicative she was. She regularly sent photos and updates, letting me know how Max was doing and keeping me informed about his behavior and activities. As a dog mom, those updates meant the world to me and helped me feel connected to him even when I couldn’t be there. It’s clear that Primavera truly loves animals and goes above and beyond to provide personalized care. Knowing that Max was in such attentive and caring hands allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away. I would not hesitate to book with her again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their dog like family. I went on my trip with a peace of mind knowing that my baby is safe. She kept me updated on what he was doing and sent me pictures and videos. Teddy looked very happy and he had so much fun. My dog have anxiety problem. She did everything she could to make sure he was comfortable and happy. Thank you very much for keeping my little baby safe and happy
I would give more than 5 stars if I could! My dogs I had a wonderful time despite my youngest not being as socialized and having severe separation anxiety. She was extremely patient and loving and gave both of my babies plenty of treats to make them feel at home and welcomed. I was sent frequent updates with pictures and videos. She even noticed my oldest having an allergic reaction and treated the skin irritation with safe medicines and cream after approving it with me! I am in awe about how smoothly she made the last few days. I was able to have peace of mind knowing my dogs were not only safe but loved. I truly feel that they have a 2nd home and a brand new best friend (her sweet boy Obi). Her dog even shared her patient and kind demeanor! I wouldn't hesitate to book again, Melody and Kodiak had such a blast!
I highly recommend Primavera without any hesitation. She went over and beyond to ensure that my dogs were comfortable despite their ‘anxious and nervous’ behaviors. She was very patient with them. She also kept me updated with pictures and video. I will surely be a repeat customer.
I have trusted Primavera with my Boston Terrier every time I travel out of town for the last 3 year now. Her demeanor is patient, warm, inviting and she will care for your dog as it were her own fur baby. Her home is spacious and my girl never felt out of place. Her dog is a bit younger but significantly bigger and he knows when to back down and plays gentle with her, I always feel safe leaving them together. Primavera has become like a family member to my doggie now, I highly recommend her and Im sure I will be using her in the near future.

Schedule
I only accept up to two boarding dogs at a time, allowing me to supervise them throughout their stay. They are treated like they are part of the pack from the moment they come through my door.

Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. Dogs are never left outside unattended. My goal is to create a calm, safe, home-like environment where every dog feels comfortable.

A typical day
The day starts with potty time outside, followed by breakfast. I usually put the dogs outside a few times a day. Afternoon and evening walks are part of the routine as well (weather permitting). Depending on their personality, dogs may spend the day playing or relaxing. If it were up to Obi, he’d wrestle or play tug all day! Dinner is served around 5:00–5:30 p.m., and everyone goes outside one last time between 8:30 and 9:30 before settling in for the night.
