Daisy had a meet and greet a month ago and I could see then that Vincent was very experienced with dogs, was kind and gentle, and he made Daisy feel comfortable. She was nice and flexible with me for pickup/drop off knowing it was a drive for me and I had family events that didn’t have an actual end time set (just approximate) If I’m in the area again and needed a sitter I’d 1000% rebook!
Our sitter was absolutely amazing! We had so much unexpected chaos during our trip from our original sitter canceling, to our flight being rerouted to Cleveland because of a storm. Through all of it, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and flexible. She made a very stressful situation so much easier for us by taking such great care of our dog, Lola. Yanina, and her family treated her like she was already part of their family. They were especially understanding when we had to drop our dog off later than our initial time.
