“Had a 5 day vacation and couldn’t really find anybody last minute to watch my dog for me. I discovered rover and came across Jose’s profile, we connected very easy and he was able to assist watching my dog for me. Jose’s services are great he communicates very well and he kept me updated each day with photos and videos of my dog and i can tell by looking at the photos and videos my dog really enjoyed himself. he enjoyed himself so much that he seemed so sad when we were in the car pulling off from jose’s house after pickup. Jose has his own pets as well which my dog got along exceptionally well with ,if you have pets and want to work on their socializing skills i definitely recommend you guys board or let your dog spend a day with jose . I most definitely will be bringing my pup back to Jose next vacation and i recommend you guys do you as well you will not be disappointed i promise!!”

Born into a cat family, that soon became a cat and dog family, I’ve learned the proper ways to care for animals and treat each one I see as if they’re family. The same way animals make me happy, I want to make them happy. I currently work on a hybrid schedule, going in the office twice a week Mondays Thursdays, and working from home the rest of the week. My fiancé works from home all 5 weekdays and takes care of things during those 9-5 hours until I come home :) I pay attention to what the animal wants. I offer playfulness and affection, but never forcing it in the cases where the animal just needs company. I make sure the pet is walked and eating on a schedule given.

Overall, had a good experience with Peter! Aside from a minor communication issue, Peter was a good doggie sitter for Yumi. He appeared to follow instructions regarding feeding/walking and kept me updated throughout Yumi’s stay. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times and Yumi seemed to enjoy her stay. Would book with Peter again!
