Hi! My name's Mike I've grown up with dogs all my life - parents had a small Maltese, and all my close friends had dogs of all sizes - which I was known to be the designated voluntary caretaker for. I helped raise 2 wonderful blue nose Pitbulls, a French Bulldog, a Golden, a short haired Chihuahua, and 2 German Shepards before I even started college. You should hire me for my ability to properly care for a dog, and my undivided attention. No feeding from the hand, no jumping on strangers, rewarding good behavior (not barking at the door, sitting before food, etc.). You can rest assured that your fluffy bundle of joy will be the center of my attention at all times, and I will always be encouraging good behavior to the extent of the current training of your pet!! I currently live in a large home with no family members or pets, so there's plenty of space for you pet to explore. No trash or clutter on the floor, no dust, no smoke, no sharp objects, nothing in the house that contains typical pet allergies (but please let me know if there are specifics!) Hope to meet some wonderful pets!!

Michael was a joy to work with and we really appreciated the care he showed Mithu! He sent lots of photos that really gave us peace of mind while we were away and Mithu had a great time with him.
Not sure there is enough room to leave Michael all the praise he deserves! We left our 1.5 year old golden retriever with him for a long weekend and we did not worry for a second. Michael sent us frequent updates/pictures and gave him so much exercise and love. He answered any questions we had and was very responsive. He cares a great deal about dogs- we cannot recommend him enough. Will use again!
Another amazing booking with Michael! Kitt had a great time and I enjoyed seeing the daily pictures that Michael sent. I appreciate how much care and love Kitt got during his stay with Michael.
Mike was an awesome sitter. He kept us informed, and send us pictures every day without us even asking.
Michael is wonderful. He took care of our Bella like she was his own. Everyday for five days he sent us numerous texts and pics of our Bella. He was very attentive to Bella. Bella was very comfortable in his home. We will sure have Michael sit for our Bella in the future
Michael was an excellent sitter for our little pup. This was the first time we have ever left her and it was for 10 DAYS--Michael eased all of my concerns before we left and also sent regular check in messages, with photos, every single day. He took our pup on long walks at beautiful parks--it was like our pup got a vacation too. He couldn't have been nicer to us humans or to our girl. I highly recommend Michael!

- Dogs are the best thing on Earth and I'm honored to be a Rover sitter. However, I currently cannot offer my services for dogs that are not potty trained/spayed/neutered, have had a history of biting, are raised as stay-outside dogs, or dogs that clearly have been neglected by their owner.
