From the start, they were happy to set up a meet and greet so we could get to know each other, which made us feel very comfortable right away. Elsa had the best time staying with them — she was happy and well taken care of the whole time! Dhruvit sent us lots of photos and always replied really quickly, which made us feel super reassured. He also paid close attention to Elsa’s habits and followed all our instructions perfectly. Elsa is a super high-energy dog who needs lots of exercise, and Dhruvit made sure she got plenty of walks and playtime every day. We’re so glad we found them! Yanina, and her family treated her like she was already part of their family. They were especially understanding when we had to drop our dog off later than our initial time. She sent us pics during our vacation and updated us. I was relieved that they had a fenced in yard because dalmations love to run. We picked up our fur baby in great shape. Sam was wonderful at sitting my two dogs Vivian and Tiger. My dogs are on the high energy side and can be a handful especially Tiger who is rambunctious. Sam was gentle and easy going with my dogs and especially took care of Tiger who unfortunately was not feeling well that day due to a new brand of dog food not agreeing with his stomach. I highly recommend Sam as a sitter.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Shandy! My puppy stayed for 3 nights, and I was so impressed with the care, love, and attention given.
