About: I have been a dog lover for all my life and realize they require lots of love and attention each day. I will treat your dog as if he/she were my own so you never have to worry while you're away. If your dog is more energetic and prefers running instead of walks, then I will certainly do that. Or, if your dog needs to go at a slower pace, I can do that too. I have experience with puppies all the way up to senior dogs and can administer pills and/or oral supplements. My availability is very flexible and I will try to make time even if it is short notice. I am very responsible so you can definitely count on me to keep your furry friend happy and safe when you're unable to be there with them. My 2 senior cats need daily medication (oral pills and topical cream) and Laura was comfortable with this situation. When we booked our vacation, months ago, they didn't need any medication, so finding the right sitter leading up to our time away was stressful for me, but Laura was great and helped me feel more at ease while on our big family vacation. About: New to Rover✨ I had dogs of my own when I was 11 and I absolutely adored them. I was always happy to take care of them. I have also dog sat for my family’s friend active pup from time to time. Now, I have been doing drop in visits to another family friend’s new cat 🐈⬛ and I loved the experience so much that I want to take it on the road!! I am currently free all day. Usually I am home or I go on an adventure walk/ bike ride and would love to bring your pup/ kitty member along :). I am flexible to suit your needs and make it easier for you and your companion. I would love to know your companion’s daily routine as well to ensure a smooth and relaxing day for them. **A meet-up prior to service is offered** I have a pretty open living space in my townhouse. My community has lots of dogs and cats so it is very pet friendly and safe! We even have an open grass area to walk/play (on a leash). I myself have owned over twenty parrots (currently have two in the aviary!) and have extensive experience with fishkeeping — I have four cycled, walstad fish and shrimp tanks! I own several disabled animals who require special care in order to get around and eat on their own. I currently have two budgies in a large cage l and two betta fish, each in 5-10 gallon tanks. The parrots are allowed to free fly for most of the day, but they will be put away when your pets are being boarded. In your home, I try not to disturb or move anything that’s not necessary. I’ll make use of only what’s given to me with regards to caring for your pet — but I do reserve the right to cuddle your pet a little more!
