Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. Our sitter was absolutely amazing! We had so much unexpected chaos during our trip from our original sitter canceling, to our flight being rerouted to Cleveland because of a storm. Through all of it, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and flexible. She made a very stressful situation so much easier for us by taking such great care of our dog, Lola. She kept us updated with messages and pictures, which gave us peace of mind knowing Lola was happy and well cared for. Vernisha, did an excellent job from the beginning of our communication until the moment we picked him up. She kept us informed throughout our getaway and sent photos and videos, including updates from the park when she took our dog for a walk. We really loved the way she cared for him and kept us updated on his well-being. We highly recommend her!
Yanina, and her family treated her like she was already part of their family. They were especially understanding when we had to drop our dog off later than our initial time. She sent us pics during our vacation and updated us. I was relieved that they had a fenced in yard because dalmations love to run. We picked up our fur baby in great shape. Thanks to Yanina and her family we will definitely rebook in future.
Sam was wonderful at sitting my two dogs Vivian and Tiger. My dogs are on the high energy side and can be a handful especially Tiger who is rambunctious. Sam was gentle and easy going with my dogs and especially took care of Tiger who unfortunately was not feeling well that day due to a new brand of dog food not agreeing with his stomach. I highly recommend Sam as a sitter.
