“Jacqueline is the get away Hotel for my cat. He spent five nights being pampered, given time in the fresh air, and the center of attention with her entire family over the weekend. He sleeps out in the open which shows he is comfortable and lets the family play with him and rub his belly which he rarely allows. Jacqueline shares numerous videos pictures and text updates. My guy is actually adjusting coming back home; I’m not sure he was ready to leave his vacation! It’s just he and I so now I feel bad he left all of his friends at Jacqueline’s house! Lucas and Katherine were absolutely wonderful with our dog, Bentley. This was the second time they cared for him, and once again they exceeded our expectations. They kept us updated throughout our trip with plenty of photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Yanina, and her family treated her like she was already part of their family. They were especially understanding when we had to drop our dog off later than our initial time. She sent us pics during our vacation and updated us. I was relieved that they had a fenced in yard because dalmations love to run. We picked up our fur baby in great shape. The environment is dog friendly. Her own toy poodle and cat were incredibly friendly, and Ellie had a blast playing with her new furry friends. I especially loved the fenced-in backyard where dog could enjoy some supervised outdoor time together, and the regular walks were a great bonus that kept Ellie active and happy. Communications were excellent throughout the entire stay. I received regular photo updates, which allowed me and my family to enjoy our time away without worrying. From what I can tell, she is well experienced in dog care. I feel so lucky to have found someone so reliable and well-connected in the dog-owning community.
