My 10 months old Labrador had a fun time at Bhavani’s daycare. He was in a safe environment. She gave me updates during the day. This was my dog’s first daycare experience and it all went in a pawtastic way! We look forward to seeing Bhavani again.
Our dog takes extra time to settle down at a new place. Bhavani worked with him patiently until he was comfortable and eventually settled down. She was reachable when I needed to call her on the first day of the stay. I received timely updates from her proactively. She also remembered the things we talked about when we first did a meet and greet. All of this made me very confident about leaving my dog in her care.
Bhavani (and her sons) took excellent care of our 1.5-year-old German Shepherd, Dallas. The entire process—from scheduling the meet-and-greet to picking Dallas up—was smooth and hassle-free. Communication was excellent, with regular and consistent updates throughout his stay. One thing I especially appreciated was her thorough vetting process to ensure the dogs she boards are a good fit and to minimize the risk of fights. Dallas spent time with several other large dogs, and I saw no signs of aggression or conflict between any of them. It's clear she takes the time during the meet-and-greet to understand each dog's temperament, which gave us a lot of confidence. On the flip side you feel bad picking him up because he doesn't get to play with his buddies anymore 😅 We had a great experience and will definitely board Dallas with her again in the future.
Bhavani took great care of our puppy! She was great about sending lots of updates to show how much fun our puppy was having with the other dogs. Definitely recommend Bhavani!
My pup had a great time at Bhavani's. She came home happy. I had a lot of peace of mind knowing she was well taken care of. Appreciated the regular video updates too!
