I did not have to go into long explanations about what was needed. They understood exactly what our plan was and kept up the plan all weekend without issues. I received daily video updates. When I picked up our little buddy he was relaxed and happy. He was comfortable with Margarita so I know he has been at ease in the house. Margarita had another small dog boarding on tge weekend which was an appropriate match for walks. They also have a low key larger dog whom I felt was calming for the house atmosphere. Our dogs had an amazing time on his stay with Ekaterina, her husband and their 3 wonderful children! This was our family’s first time using Rover and it went very well. If you are looking for your dog to be treated like one of the family these are the people to choose! If your dog wants to have ball play, sleepovers, walks and plenty of backyard activities, this is the place. The most important factor for us was caring for our older dog’s special needs. Ekaterina and her husband had experience to manage our dogs medication regime and we had peace of mind while on vacation. It was most comforting to see our dog throughout the day and night in photos! Rosary was so great with our 5 year old dog, Allen. He’s a rescue and is hesitant with new people, but Rosary was extra gentle and loving with him. She even cooked him meals daily without me asking! I think our dog was actually sad to come home! We will definitely book again and highly recommend.
