Pet care experience: I’ve been taking care of my own dog for over 3 years, but my love for dogs goes back more than 30 years. When I was in middle school, I spent two summers caring for my neighbor’s dog, and I’ve continued to care for friends’ dogs ever since—including recently dog sitting for a friend while they were on their honeymoon. Whether it’s going on long walks, giving oral medications, or providing gentle care for senior dogs, I always treat every dog like they’re my own. What sets me apart: I genuinely love dogs and always take the time to understand their unique personalities and needs. I’m detail-oriented, patient, and fully committed to keeping your pet safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m comfortable with puppies in training, senior dogs, and pets who may need a little extra attention. With a flexible schedule and a calm, loving approach, I make sure your dog feels at home—even when they're not.

Starry and Gio have been the best Rover hosts that we’ve had on this platform. We were getting married over Labor Day weekend and starry and gio picked up and dropped off both our dogs. They also sent the most pictures out of any of the hosts we’ve had!

Starry and Gio were the best! Communication second to none! Pictures, pictures, pictures provided for the 5 1/2 hours Oscar was on their care. Accepted our last minute request and response time was quick! Will definitely have them sit again for our pup.
Starry and Gio are great. They sent us pics each time Argos was walked and kept us updated about how he was doing. Great communicators. Best caretakers Argos has ever had. We highly recommend them.

Schedule
My partner and I both work from home during the week, so your pet will have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. On weekends, we occasionally go out during the day, but we’re usually home in the evenings to relax—perfect for cozying up with a furry friend. Our flexible routine allows us to adapt to your pet’s needs, whether it’s regular walks, playtime, or just keeping them company.

In our home, your dog will be treated like family. We create a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment, free of hazards and with plenty of cozy spots to rest. I always follow any specific care instructions you provide, from feeding schedules to medications and routines. We make sure walks are safe with secure harnesses and leashes, and we never leave pets unattended outdoors. Your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities, and I’ll always keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you can feel at ease while you're away.
