About: Passionate animal enthusiast with 12 years of veterinary experience, beginning in doggy daycare and advancing to veterinary care. I offer safe, compassionate, and dependable pet services. I typically work 40-hour weeks, but I always have plenty of days available to spend time with any pet in need. I really cherish the love of a furry friend! My Shih Tzu has always received compliments on her friendly behavior and obedience training. She's allowed to roam freely in the home b/c there are no perishable items accessible to her. It’s important to ensure that all fur babies are respected and their needs are met.
“This was our first time leaving our energetic puppy with a sitter, and Justice made it a breeze. She was incredibly communicative, responding to all of our messages quickly and sending the cutest picture updates. When we came home, our dog was happy, tired out from play, and clearly bonded with her. Highly recommend her services!”

“Alexandra has been wonderful with my dogs! She takes the time to make sure they are happy, gets plenty of exercise, fed on time, and was also kind enough to come meet the dogs before hand! She’s always on time, super reliable, and communicates really well with updates and photos after every walk/visit. It’s such a relief knowing my dogs were in caring and trustworthy hands. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a walker who treats your dog like their own.”

“Jessica is an excellent pet sitter, she was very lovely with our Bella 😸 ❤️ she took care of Bella very well 🤩 I will definitely call her again! She left us a nice handmade present!”

“Elaine always does an excellent job watching our animals (both cat visits and dog walking). She is great about being flexible on schedule updates and has been a life saver for us in terms of arranging animal care to fit our work schedules.”

“Marlee was great with our two boys! She clearly loves cats and they took to her, including both playtime and pets. She also gave one of my cats their medicine (which is a bit difficult), and brought our packages inside. Thank you!”

“Jennifer is a amazing animal carer she was very patient and loving with my cats and they can be a handful as they been heavily spoiled. She communicated everything I needed to know about my boys and made me feel at ease. I would not hesitate to book her again.”

“Emily is amazing! She met my dog the day before his walk/feeding to help get acquainted with him and I showed her where all of his things are. Which I really appreciated. She texted me updates and confirmed details about the visit. She was so sweet and empathetic towards Mylo. I am thankful for her availability since my schedule is so busy. Overall 10/10. We are thankful to have her as our new dog walker :)”

“Jillian was great taking care of our kitty Yoda. She kept us up to date with pictures each visit. She went the extra mile by keeping in touch with us while we were in Spain. We are so grateful.”

About: I’ve been crazy about pets my whole life—raised with two dogs who taught me love and duty, now sharing my days with a feisty cat and keeping up with my family’s three silly pups. I’m here to pamper your furry friends: epic walks, tons of playtime, big cuddles, or just kicking back together. Cats? I’m their brushing and snuggle champ. Baths or meds? Show me how, and I’m all over it. I get a kick out of every pet’s little quirks! Note: my cat’s a lone wolf, so I can’t host at home. Drop me a line to chat about your pet—I’m pumped to give them the fun and care they’ll totally adore! Every morning of the week until 12h30, I can pass to walk and play with your animal. I can maybe be free during the weekend. We need to discuss first. I live for animals and their happiness, with a sharp eye for what they’re feeling. I pick up on stress signals and tweak my care to fit them perfectly, creating a peaceful vibe where they can just be themselves. Whether it’s a burst of play to lift their spirits or a quiet moment to ease their mind, I tune into their world and make it better.

“Jiajia was a good caretaker for my baby boy while I was away. I loved the video and picture updates I received and the detailed written updates. I’ve already booked Jiajia for my next upcoming trip.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Clark
Claire cared for my 2 dogs in our home for a full week with 2 drop ins per day. Daily pics and comments on how things were going gave me peace of mind while I was away and Claire handled the visits like a pro- she is reliable and caring. My dogs loved Claire’s visits!
We have used Rover every summer to find a pet sitter for our dog Luna. Luna is a Lagotto Romagnolo. No, you've prob never seen one but they look like a doodle. They are a tough temperamental bread. Luna is especially tough because she learned that outside humans are bad.... Thanks COVID. Luna does not like anyone but me (she tolerates the rest of the family. Georgianna clearly has a gift with dogs! Every picture she sent us of Luna showed a happy and content pup. There were no accidents in the house for the entire 8 days away! When we came home, Luna was relaxed and happy. This is not to say that our other sitters weren't good, buy Georgianna is a pro! I am hoping she will be Luna's sitter for the rest of our lives!!!! 5 stars. HIGHLY recommend!
Ellen was wonderful caring for my ten-year-old cat Taffy through drop-in visits while I was away. Taffy is ordinarily fearful of strangers, but took a liking to Ellen immediately. Ellen is also a pleasure to work with and I look forward to using her again in my future times away from home.
I’ve had a great experience with Taylor as my pet sitter! She is reliable and always takes great care of my cats. She sends plenty of updates and pictures, which gives me peace of mind while I’m away. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.

Debra was an absolute dream! She took such great care of my cat. She was attentive, courteous, and extremely kind, ensuring that my trip away from home was fun since I was reassured that Debra had everything in hand while I was out of town. I couldn’t be more pleased with her services, I would recommend her 1000% to anyone!

Morgann has been absolutely amazing with our kittens! We could not recommend her more. She is punctual and trusting. She goes above and beyond with our cats. She sends updates and is always checking in, which has brought a lot of comfort. Our kittens genuinely look forward to her visits and they are visibly happy because of all that she does. She clearly loves animals and it shows in our cats! We left her with a huge list of instructions and sometimes with last minute things, but she has always handled everything with grace and such an accommodating spirit. She has been great and we will always choose to use her if she has the availability!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
