About: I currently walk dogs for residents in my apartment (vermella/sol Union) building and have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I’m comfortable with puppies, small dogs, and reactive or nervous dogs that may need extra patience and attention. Cristian and Anderson have been great! We recently moved nearby, and our dog can be reactive with anyone she doesn't know (a rescue dog), and she takes some meet and greets to get comfortable with new folks. Both Cristian and Anderson made time to meet with us, and after another greeting, our dog became very excited and happy to see them! Since then, they have helped us with taking Nyla out for walks when we are at work. They are prompt, send pictures of their walk, and provide a report card of how the walk went. They have been reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them, and we will definitely continue booking them!
Joanne was AMAZING with our lil ones. We never had someone come over to take care of them other than close family, so we were a little worried but Joanne gave us the confidence with excellent communication, always on time and sending us pictures. Bianca was amazing while my husband and I were away! She was so prompt and followed all our instructions perfectly. She also showed us so much love, care, and patience, especially with our three dachshunds—especially our little guy, who was a bit anxious and timid at first. Dachshunds, especially three, can be a bit of a challenge and can get a little chaotic, but she handled all three with such compassion. Kerry Ann helped us out with drop in visits while we were away for our senior dog. Kerry Ann was prompt, arriving when we agreed upon, staying the full drop in time length and keeping us informed with detailed Rover cards. My dog is a bit shy and slower at his age. Kerry Ann took her time with him and made him feel comfortable and also followed all instructions we left. I would highly recommend her. She seems to really love dogs in general which is a plus when you are leaving your beloved pet in their care.
Christine did a wonderful job with our 11 yr old dog, who took to her right away when they first met. She sent us photos, fed him each meal. We were impressed with her honesty when she came in to feed him but had to leave quickly, and she returned later at night to stay with him. We certainly recommend Christine.
